Listen to any classical piece whenever you like, for free, if you're a student or you work for an organization that subscribes. Great app for great music.

Does not let me add music to my own playlists and crashes when I search catalog numbers (I.e. TWV 53:F1). Needs to include composer and performer lists.

But want to encourage developers, thus a five-star!

This looks and sounds like a great app. But $20.50/month for the standard quality subscription? $30.75/month for the premium sub? That's outrageous! Seems like the positive reviews are coming from folks who have their access subsidized by their institution. But for individuals, this is neither affordable nor reasonable. Ironic that in the 1990s, Naxos was known as the budget alternative to labels like Sony Classical or Deutsche Grammophon. Fast forward to 2014, and DG offers an app that streams their catalogue for $36 a year, just a few dollars more than what Naxos charges for a month. Crazy how things have changed. Naxos needs to get back to their roots of offering quality recordings at an affordable price. They succeeded splendidly during the CD age. I've been enjoying NML for years until I updated it for iOS 8 last night. It claims it has no internet connection. I saw other people having the same trouble. Please fix the bug for us because we love NML for its classical music! Show more

This app does not work on WiFi connection.(iphone 5 ios 7) Also key touch responds very slow. Amendment is required very seriously. Interface has been improved a lot, though.

You can finally scrub through tracks! Layout is much better and looks modernized. Best music app on the market!

it just not working on iPhone6 and iOS8

This update is fantastic. A cool new design, and I like that I can add songs to playlists right in the app now.
