I got banned from live because my little sister talked

Many reason why i like to use StarMaker. The first thing is provides many songs. All this time the song I was looking for was always there. Not all songs have to be VIP. Different from the other applications where all the song must be VIP, and if you want a free one we can only sing a duet song. But in SM we don't need to be VIP if we want sing a song. We also can add our song itself. There is a lot of supportive user even my voices aren't that great. Other user really appreciate our effort to sing a song. And it gives me confidence and feel loved. The sound effect helps me a lot to hide how bad my voice. The sound recording is so smooth, especially if it's in a quiet place. I love singing but my voice doesn't support it, so SM really really help me. So it means a lot for me. I can still sing and nobody judge me. Show more

Starmake app is very useful for fan of singing,I kindly ask you to create the starmaker app so that it can be used on windows pc.

Updated the app and was forced to typed in password again. It had been so long since I logged in that I didn’t remember my password. The email associated with my account was obsolete as the company went out of business, so I wasn’t able to just click that I forgot my password and have a Recovery one emailed to me. I contacted the company and after several emails of me sending screenshots and different information to prove my identity, they said they would bind my account to a new email address that I had access to. When that didn’t work, I contacted them again. Again, they made me prove my identity again several times. I have been emailing with them for a over a month now. Now they are telling me that they do not believe that the account is actually mine and I am not able to get into it. This is after they already told me that I have proven my identity. I am a VIP member and I’m still paying for VIP so I have wasted some money on this now. I have always been happy with this app. I have over 100 recordings, close to 5000 followers. And have made a lot of friends. It’s sad to start over. Very disappointed in the customer service I have received. Show more

First things first I understand that you have to pay money for certain songs because of copyright and all that crap but why make it cost so much. Also some of the song’s lyrics showing on the screen are not lined up with the beat so it makes the singer sound bad. Same with the notes thingies, they aren’t on time and they are not the right keys and notes. It is just not a very good app. Plus there is so many other things bad about it. Trust me and don’t get it. That is why I gave it one star. Show more

What good is the app for those that want to use it, when if they share their music on a platform such as Facebook, no one can enjoy their music, unless they upload the app? We should be able to at least view and hear what your app users are producing. I don’t want to create a page for myself. I just want to see/hear what others are sharing on their social media and not have to sign up. Show more

Tell the truth, and they will retaliate! I like the app. I used it every so often. My issue was that they offered you free 7 days, if you had previously had a free 7 day trial, instead of telling you that your not eligible, they would automatically charge you without informing you that you were not eligible for another free 7 day trial. Just let people know that they have already used up their free trial. Simple as that. With millions of apps, it’s hard to keep track. So I wrote this in my review, and they retaliated big time. I have no access, yet others do. That is retaliation. Dhame on them. Update: November 2022 Now all your songs will disappear forever. No warning. All your recordings. Scam, scam , scam, sham! I am a user of Starmaker since 2018, the app was so perfect, but with every update, it’s getting worse and worse, the audio of your voice is sometimes loud and sometimes low, and the music pitch delay bug is still unfixed for so long. Show more

Your app was already lagging app during singing and when i lock my device for few minutes during singing pause on song the app get restarts automatically .difficut to find people even if i search their id by user name or by code .not available many of songs . The new worst update is that this app isn’t even booting in iphone 6 . Whenever i tap to open app the app getting close , I tried to re boot app after re starting my device but still same thing happening Show more

this is a good karoake app. I give it a 5 out of a five. I can't think of anything they could do to make it better. I was able to sing my favorite songs and due a duet with others. plus they've just added a function where we can improve on our breathing and singing with exercises and videos that teach us the proper techniques! i like this app; it lets me sing songs for free. BUT the amount of bots liking/commenting?? it makes this app feel so… fake. its like its giving me pity views or likes and that makes me uncomfy. Show more

Seems like everyone that comments on my songs are bots? They repeat the same line over and over

With the new update user can’t display other relationships other than Soulmate on the home page which is kind of annoying

I’ve been using this app on and off for about a year or so now. I love that they have free songs i can sing unlike Smule where I can’t even sing a single good free song. I really do appreciate that. However, one of the main reasons i give this app 3 stars is because there’s just so many fake people/bots that anytime i go live or post a song there’s IMMEDIATELY some person liking or commenting extremely generic things and when you click on their profile you can obviously tell it’s fake. It just seems so unauthentic and it’s really hard to trust this app completely because of it. I want to know and receive actual feedback from people. Not a fake self-confidence boost. I’d rather have real people or nothing at all than to have stupid bots liking and commenting. I really do hope they change the amount of bots (or to have some sort of settings where i can turn off receiving any bots on my channel) in the future. Show more

VERY extensive song list, especially if you pay the fairly reasonable price for VIP. Great lobbies and the ability to post your songs even from those lobbies. My biggest complaint with the app right now is that you can only have 1 song on the charts at a time, which is just contrary to the way music has always worked. Show more

This is why this app is the worst ever I was posting of my voice without face and I decided to go live to show it off more but then I got banned just because kids can’t live stream and I was in a live with a kid and he didn’t get banned talk about UNFAIR who ever made this policy KIDS CANT LIVE STREAM they are messed up in the head now every time I go on the app to sing it doesn’t let me like WOW. PS: If your seeing this then it’s good that you look at reviews because this is the worst app EVER to be MADE!!!!!!!! Show more
