    awesome, but extremely complex
    this app is really pretty incredible. ive been messing around for a couple days and have been starting to get some pretty cool sounds. it could really use a better instruction manual to explain more of the seemingly endless possibilities. Show more

    Beyond description.
    I can't even put into words how great this app really is. I was not expecting anything this powerful to ever come out for the iPad. As a fan of the ReacTable app and real life modular synthesizers this is like an endless playground for me. If you are debating on getting this app let me give you some advice.. If you know anything about the process of sound synthesis or have some decent knowledge of analog synthesizers this app is most definitely for you. If you are just another one of millions of toolbags that thinks you are a musician because you can 1. auto sync tracks with djay or whatever 2.play a couple samples of other peoples music with a cheesy beat on top and then call it your own then please don't waste your time. And while we are at it, stop giving us all a bad name. Show more

    Infuriating
    Loved Jasuto 2 versions ago but now it's just infuriating. It did so much before. it's nowt.

    Not for beginner
    Be forewarned, this is not an app for a beginner. Couldn't make heads or tails of this even with in app help pdf. So may be five stars for a pro, but one star for a neophyte. An expensive lesson. Show more

    Orientation
    Would be five stars if it wasn't upside down in landscape when using the Apple iPad case.

    Just WOW,, BUT...

    Chris is smart.
    The update crashes on iTouch 3.1.2 . Though when it's fixed and if the buyer learns how to implement the power this app contains then it's money well spent. An excellent app regardless the present crashing bug. Buy it. You'll like it. Show more

    Reconsider rating
    After many hours of trying to figure this app out the light is starting to brighten. I now see the logic in it's sound generation system more like a buchala modular than moog. I am now getting some effect like sounds and it's become addictive. After stumbling on to the motion tab the app started to make sense. Please add some basic documentation on the module interaction still a very complex concept. I was upset with my first day and it really needs some slow and complete vids to walk thru all the basic concepts. Show more
