I’m so frustrated because I found some lessons on jam play on my computer that I like but the app doesn’t have them ???? I guess you have to open safari or google chrome to actually use the service on a mobile device. Show more

The content on JamPlay is great. If only it were viewable through the app. The app is buggy, wont display certain content, crashes constantly, and doesn’t save login credentials at all. Just terrible. Show more

The website is pretty good (content wise - from a technology perspective it is many years behind) but this app is particularly bad. How can this website put their name behind this app which is obviously years behind. The app constantly crashes and does not even fully fit in the screen of a modern device. I love you JamPlay but you need to fix it. Show more

What a great app—on my laptop. Unusable on iPhone 10 and iPad—what a shame!

Great app, could use a bit of refreshing. I like the tuner, the metronome, and quick to get the videos. A few glitches. Adding live instructor course for members would be nice. Show more

It’s such a shame that the content is so good but that app is terrible. No updates in over 3 years.

Just ordered a course off these guys from one of my favorite guitarists and was so excited to use their platform on the app to study but this app is garbage. Have to log in every time I open the app and it doesn’t remember my info. Also the aesthetic of the app is very buggy and low budget quality. Bummer I was so excited about their courses but the first course I bought will also be my last because of the frustrating platform. Please consider a massive update. Show more

It’s been 3 years since the last time there was an update. It’s about time!! App doesn’t even work the way it should.

Doesn’t sync with account progress. Also freezes often.

This app is really terrible. Unable to access lesson content like PDFs etc. although I love my JamPlay membership and the website. Please get to work on this, guys.

The content is great. When it works. The app is so glitchy it really can be maddening when you just want to relax and play.

I really enjoying JamPlay. I had a membership a couple years ago and returned. Wow. The site has really improved. I am so happy I returned. Really digging Tim Stewart’s course: really soulful and musical. HOWEVER THIS APP IS MISERABLE; it keeps locking up and then I have constantly re enter my codes. A real hassle. Freezes, cannot exit back to home page. Been over 2 years without any updates or fixes. Desktop system is great, and I wish the App was too!

The content itself is cool but it freezes after every video. I have to completely log out and log back in to watch the next video.

The app needs work! After each video you can’t continue. I have to close the app and login to start a new one. Very frustrating My be going to find a better app Show more

This app could be great but it doesn’t remember log in info and finding lessons is not very intuitive. Once you find a lesson and play a video you can’t back out of it, you have to kill the app and start all over. I would have given a -5 stars if it were possible. Show more

Great content but terrible app. This would be great to keep pace with lessons while traveling, but it is unusable. Would be better to fund more songs or lessons as opposed to having a mobile experience that is essentially worthless. Show more

I’ve used the Jam Play app on android and iPhone. Both were bad but the android version was at least functional. This app needs a lot of work. Jam Play itself is a great site and very useful. If you have trouble with the app just log in through your browser. The site works great this way. Show more
