    Unusable
    Seems like someone told them they'd make an app for them, made this thing that doesn't work and then ran to Cambodia. Oh well, at least the website works well on mobile. Show more

    videos don’t work on most up to date ios
    It can’t play videos at this point. Not only can’t it play them but you have to force kill the app if it attempts to play a video.

    App doesn’t allow access
    Despite having an active account I’m unable to access content via the app. Extremely annoying and un-cool. And support is not available on the weekends, it seems. This is the only time to practice music - we all have day jobs!!!! Show more

    Horrible
    The only reason why it gets two stars is because on PC it’s so much better. It crashes at the end of every video.

    No ones updating this app
    Why keep your app available if you won’t fix the problems, we the users actually want to use this, maybe hire a new developer or people willing to make this work, zero stars which is exactly how many times this app worked. Sad panda :( Show more

    Log in problems
    Great content, however it will not keep me logged in. It doesn’t have any of the lessons saved on the website via my laptop.

    Terrible
    The JamPlay website is great with lots of great content and lessons - but this app is terrible, just use the website to access the lessons and don’t bother with this broken app. Show more

    Beyond aggravating
    This app is way more frustrating than learning guitar without it. Their website isn’t too bad.

    App Jam, No Play - Not Functional
    If you’re trying to learn how to play the guitar, avoid JamPlay because you spend more time trying to debug their app. Another significant disappointment is no chat or phone support in the evenings or weekends. Login and beginner lessons jam up. With an account, you can’t login into the app (iOS device). Through the app I attempted to open a new account, it of course recognize I already have an account, then it allowed me to login. ‘frustrating’ In beginner lessons it will only allow you to watch the first session. Then it locks/jams up, it will not advance to another session. I can’t imagine their talented instructors are happy with this non-functional app. JamPlay jams alright, but not the way I expected!
