I hate this ap so much. For some reason, Subaru does their software updates through this radio ap so I have to have it. The Subaru and the ap are constantly failing to interact properly and constantly send me pop up messages asking the same questions over and over again. Show more

It is difficult to tell whether the app is open, trying to open, or even functioning properly without reloading. I downloaded it simply to update my cars software. After at least a dozen tries I’m still unable to use it. Show more

The title says it all. This app is absolute garbage, takes over your phone and makes the app the focus, even if you are stopped at a red light and using your phone safely. Also, blocks the display in your car by telling you the software is up-to-date several times over every time you plug your phone in. It is more dangerous of an app then if you are to just try using your phone while you drive. Show more

Worst app ever! You can’t delete it and it overpowers your other podcast apps every few seconds!

I only downloaded this app because Subaru and Starlink (another worthless company) requires this app in order to get software updates to your car’s console. Why you need this worthless app when they can push updates over the air makes no sense. The fact that you will NOT be able to actually update your Subaru using this method (something Subaru instructs you to do) makes this app completely useless. Whoever runs this app and whoever at Subaru is responsible for the whole idiotic setup for updating the console should be placed on a little boat and sent out to sea during a category 5 hurricane. The first review I saw said P.I.T.A. and I needed it for the same reasons. I laughed and thought “how bad can it really be?”. BAD! I had it on my phone for about five minutes! What the heck??? Show more

Junk app

Downloaded this app for my Subaru’s radio. When connected to the car the app nearly constantly pings me asking to connect or actually opens itself even when I’m actively using another app. This implementation is obnoxious and the app’s features certainly do not justify its intrusive design. Does not work at alll

I bought a Scion iM and had to have the app because Aha is part of the interface on my car radio. It’s terrible. It won’t let me sign in. My teal wonder is how could Toyota ie Scion have this company software on their vehicles? Nice idea though. Show more

The app works just fine, but there is no way to close it on the phone when it’s not in used, so have to uninstalled it.

I like listing to content on AHA, but once connected to the car I can't listen to anything else. The app takes over at random and frequent intervals. Completely useless and very annoying. Show more

The worst app I’ve ever used! The app opens when it wants and resets everything! Don’t waste your time with! Updating my radio is the only thing it’s good for!!

This app is not useful or usable. I’ve tried 2-3 times since 2018 to use this app with my car. Unsuccessful every time. I have enough techno skills to download use and navigate apps at an average user capability, however this service app is not user friendly and needs serious work for any average user. It’s content is not predictable or satisfactory. Show more

Would be so nice if there was a way to turn this app off instead of constantly having to “ignore” it.

Apparently this app is used, among other things, to update Subru Crosstrek firmware. It not only does not work, but interrumpts constantly to tell you that it is not working and that software has not been updated. Show more

Only downloaded this because Subaru requires it for updating my car’s software. Now every minute or so it takes over or interrupts whatever is going on when I’m using car play, whether I’m controlling through the car play system or directly from the phone. Now can’t get rid of it. It’s a garbage, obnoxious, control-freak program. When I plug my phone into the system, it defaults to this and after I switch to a different app like Spotify, a minute or so later, this takes over with some random programming. Show more
