So, I downloaded this app for our 2018 Toyota C-HR. It won’t let me sign up using email, so I tried to sign up/in through my Facebook account, and it sat and timed out stating no Internet connection. I then tried sign up/in through my Google account with no success and same result. I know I have internet connection because every other app on my phone works along with I can Google stuff on Safari with no issues. It is sad that Aha has no updates or fixes for the app which is totally junk. I wish Toyota would upgrade this to the Entune app or Apple Car Play. There is no solution or suggestion for the problem. Takes over your phone. My Outback said I needed it to update, so I did.I’m not sure it even did that right. If your phone is connected to your car, it just starts up and won’t stop and chases your other apps away as well. Malware, basically. Show more

The only reason these people don’t bother is because they got money in the bank already with car company partnerships. Love that the car I bought literally a year ago has a harder time just letting me LISTEN TO MUSIC than my 2003 P.O.S. Honda Civic. Absolute garbage company. Show more

If you have a car with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, you don’t need the Aha phone app, which is essentially a way of using your phone to link the Aha app on your car’s infotainment system to Harmon’s (lame) online media service. Just play your on-device media or use an on-phone streaming service and have a much better and more familiar user experience. If you do install Aha, but want to use Auto or CarPlay, Aha will repeatedly start itself up, take over your phone’s screen, and nag you to use it. Major annoyance. The only use case I can see is that you neither know how to load media onto your phone nor how to access streaming services through phone apps. Then and only then would you get any value out of the Aha phone app. I deleted the Aha phone app from my iPhone after suffering with it on my 2021 Subaru Forester for about a month, and have not missed it one bit. I have a iPhone 12, today March 27th I updated my phone to apples latest software and now my phone will not connect to my Subaru. I’ve tried to contact customer support but there is no link I can find. This application in Subaru cars is very stupid. I’ve never had any issues with any other vehicle. App doesn’t work. No sound. Piss poor navigation. Very slow to respond. Idea is to integrate podcasts and finding places through yelp but no way to search in a logical way nor to organize the list. Love how Subaru kept this junk but removed the stitcher app ? Show more

It’s like a virus!!! I cannot delete this app from my phone! Would give it -100 stars if I could. Seriously so annoying. Thought I needed the app to use the radio in my 2021 Forester (you don’t need it, btw) and now I cannot remove this app. It does not give me the option to delete it, no matter what route I try. I have an iPhone 8. I will be going to the Apple store tomorrow to see if they can remove it. If not, I’ll have to reset my phone just to get rid of this stupid app!! Also notice, they don’t have any sort of privacy statement available saying they won’t steal or sell your data. Show more

Useful to update Subaru, but delete it as soon as that task is complete or it will take control of your phone whenever in the car.

The app is just meh now it won’t delete off my iPhone no matter what I do or try. All it will let me do is remove it off my Home Screen. Show more

First off my browser blocks the website as it’s security is out of date. It pops up relentlessly when you plug in your phone to your car. What purpose does this thing serve? It was bad 3 years ago with my previous car and it’s not any better now. Show more
