    Great when it works..
    This app continues to break down ever since they started making shots the big part of the app. There are so many bugs and I cannot even get into the app at times. I have future shows where I may not be able to play due to this app being broken. It used to be great with no bugs. Now it’s not good at all Show more

    Crashes and freezes more than any app I've ever used.
    I've used UG for years now. But in the past months UG has CONSTANTLY been crashing and freezing. Right now, it won't even open. I might as well just use a website for tabs than try and put up with this. Also, they used to have a feature where it would search a tab for whatever song was playing on your music app, but that's gone. It was awesome. UG has got great stuff going but before they add new things I think they need to figure out how to make an app that you can at least open. Show more

    Would give it 5 stars, but
    I’ve been using this app for the last, like, 6 or 7 years, but it constantly crashes now after the update. I can’t switch between tabs without it crashing. Starting the app feels like cranking a lawn mower sometimes because of how frequently it crashes on startup. Will modify my review when this changes. Show more

    Terrible customer service
    Have you noticed how they automatically charge your account with no notification. Terrible customer service Guitar Tab. Unable to reach out and get any satisfaction. Avoid this site like the plague. Show more

    Terrible service
    For an app that uses users tabs you overcharge and over advertise upgrades constantly trying to get me to buy more upgrades , and then make it impossible to cancel. Do not buy this subscription! Show more

    Latest version not working
    This latest version is not working with my iPhone 14. You can pick a song and then it gets stuck, can’t go back, can’t do anything. When will they fix it? Show more

    Played guitar for 32 years. I love this app.
    Here’s why I like it. Almost every song I want to learn is here, with every chord. Everything else is up to me. So since I’ve started learning all these new songs I’ve learned more guitar as well. Love it. Show more

    Pathetic
    I have never seen an app, more desperate to try and get users to pay for it than this app. It is just an endless barrage of upsell’s, ads, and broken features that try to trick the user into getting a paid membership, and it is frankly laughable, considering how horrendous the quality of the engineering is behind this app it is a miserable piece of buggy trash, and is quite simply one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used you need to fire all of your talentless Overpaid engineers or just simply go out of business because this is a shameful way to try and stay in business Show more

    Was My Favorite app
    This was my favorite app by far until today when I opened it and got a weird message about ads. Of course once I started playing ads started popping up right in the middle of songs. I’m so disappointed with this. I have the fully paid version but that apparently doesn’t matter. What a bummer! UPDATE: after playing a bit longer I picked a song. When I pressed “autoscroll” it immediately prompted me to pay for yearly subscription. I bought this app outright years ago and thought I was grandfathered in but apparently not! Now they want me to pay $39 for annual subscription. On top of that, the app is now crashing my iPad. Yes, I have all updates and have iPad Pro. Buyer BEWARE! Show more
