Audio quality much better than I❤️Radio. Still takes some time to connect, but worth the wait.

Love this app !!!! Allows me to listen to WGUC on my island in the north woods near the Canadian border. 10/10 = my vote.

I discovered WGUC when visiting my stepdaughter at college in the late 1990's. It was then and still is my favorite station. It is one of the most progressive classical stations in the country, and because of this they have been able to survive and thrive in a landscape where so many other classical stations have disappeared. This app is a great example. Well designed but not over designed, it works well. Music rarely buffers, and there are NO annoying ads or commercials. I can listen to my favorite programs (Sunday Baroque!) despite living several states away. It is the primary reason I became a member of their Streamers Society to help support this station and their continued excellence. Highly recommended. Show more

Love the app. There is rarely any caching; just a continuous stream of great classical pieces. The playlist does not move in synch with the music, as it did on a PC, but scrolling is a minor inconvenience. Also, does not appreciably consume iPad battery life. We've played music all night and battery still fine. Great work, and we thank you. Show more

Pauses all the time (not due to Internet connection/signal) and crashes too often. It's a fixer-upper at this point.

The app crashes after about 15 sec. since the recent update. Otherwise, a great app. I use it every day at work to keep up. Thanks, Tim N

What a wonderful app! I graduated from CCM many, many years ago, and promptly traveled the world. I've been to many cities and still favor 'GUC and Cincy NPR stations over many others. This app allows you to connect to the other NPR stations in the Cincy market. I love listening to WGUC on my iPhone and I don't know what I would do without it! App is well-designed, connects well, and sounds great! Love it, as it connects me to the music/arts scene back home, which I miss tremendously. Show more

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this application. I started listening to WGUC over the winter and really enjoy their station. I think the hour by hour schedule is a great idea. The on demand is works well, the bookmarks are useful and I like how you can set an alarm or sleep timer from with the application. Its also nice that there are three station streams. Please include the WGUC HD2 station - Jazz and this will have five stars! Show more
