    Wow!
The polyrhythm mode is amazing! Really helps clarify both rhythms and my timing for them has never been better since using this app. Also exploring crazy stuff like 7 against 8 in this app is just super fun! Thanks so much for creating this :) Show more

Awesome app, just what I needed!
Helps you with all polyrhythms from simple to complex. Have recommended it to many colleagues already!

    Nothing to Complain About
I did a LOT of research on metronome apps, this one is definitely one of the best.

    Great
I use it only in the simplest settings and the only thing I could wish for would be a feature where the metronome could be set to skip bars. I like to practice keeping a steady tempo and having the click lay out sometimes. That’s the ultimate test of your time I feel. But I haven’t found another app that does that. Oh and Siri integration would be great “hey Siri increase metronome speed by ten beats”. Anyway great app. Show more

    Great App
Does everything you need in a metronome. Wish it worked with my apple watch.

    Great app, poor instructions
Would give this 5 stars because it has everything I need, but the layers need better instructions to navigate. Not as intuitive as the site says, and some instructions are outdated. Support is unresponsive. Show more

    Please increase subdivisions to 24
This is an awesome metronome. I'm using the ability to subdivide the beat into up to 20 pieces to practice 1/16 notes which are between straight and swung. For example, to get sixteenth notes that are almost straight but not quite, I put the subdivisions up to 20, mute all except for the 1st and 12th, which I accent. In order for these to be 1/16 notes, I put the beats per measure to 8 and those become 1/8 notes instead of 1/4 notes, which means that I need to do double the tempo. I'd like to suggest going to 24 subdivisions, a number divisible by 2, 3 and 4 instead of 20, which is not divisible by 3; that way, one could go from straight 1/16 notes (accenting the 13th subdivision) to triplet 1/16 notes (accenting the 17th) to true dotted 1/16-32nd notes (accenting the 19th) and have 3 choices between straight and triplet (14th, 15th, & 16th) and one between triplet and dotted 1/16th-32nd (18th). Thanks. Show more

    Best on the market!
I've used Frozen Ape's apps for a long time because they have always had many easy-to-use features, but the tempo change automation feature is what has made the biggest difference in my practicing. Show more

    Time Tool
In all honesty didn’t want to buy one have an old Boss, but old being old, and having some more convenience in programming different accents for grooves as well as having a good tool to break down polyrhythms, was a great selling feature. Getting back into music as a kit drummer, a metronome is priceless, and this delivers. Show more

    Tempo program more useful
I got the regular Tempo program but I didn’t like the digital voice count in. Aside from that I really like the regular Tempo program, especially the bar tracker. I bought the Tempo Advanced app hoping it would give me more control, in particular over the count in. Lo and behold... it doesn’t even have a count in... so I paid money for an app by the same developer that’s supposed to be an advanced version, but in fact gives me less! The regular Tempo app is simpler, less cluttered, and more useful. Don’t fall for the Mike Mancini hype. Just stick with the regular Tempo app. Show more
