Since iOS 10, DeepDish GigBook is broken. When in set lists or binders, anything except the main song list, whichever sheet you click on automatically takes you to the sheet before it. No support available unless you download a free trial of some e-help software. They do not answer emails; several musicians I know have tried, and none have received responses. I'm currently learning 4Score so I can switch all my sheets over. If you don't need support, and can always remember to click on the next tune to get to the one you want, this is easier to learn than 4Score, but 4score has some great features that GigBook does not. For me, the lack of support is a deal breaker. Show more

Beware: this app is not supported by anyone anymore. I have been waiting for over 3 months to have someone address my issue (app crashes when I try to enter an Author for a song). Tried every avenue to get support for this, no luck. Have to go to another app. Show more

This app used to be useful. Now it's borderline junk. If I open a song in a setlist it always jumps to the previous song in the list. Contacted support, no reply. It also crashes a lot now. Nothing more frustrating than being mid gig and having the app just quit while i'm performing a special song during someones wedding. Many more apps out there and this one is not worth anything now. Use to be a a great tool. Do not purchase. No longer supported and is no longer stable enough to use in a professional setting.

I really liked this before the update brings on crashes and going to wrong songs when I tap a title. How can I go back to previous version?

It worked great a year ago but now it crashes or freezes. Come on guys fix the dang problem or let us know you can't. Now it opens page for 1sec then opens the song just after that one. I would not recommend this to anyone till it's fixed. Show more

Before the update I wrote... "This app is indispensable for our band. In conjunction with Dropbox we exchange music wirelessly, keep all our music organized, make set and practice sets and much more. I would give it six stars if I could. I hope the update is as good as the original." After the last update it has become unstable and there is no response from "support". Everyone in my band uses this app, and we are all having the same problems. Is there anyone there at DeepDish? Show more

The app worked great for a few years but since the last few iOS updates has crashed continually. I have contacted the company their initial response was to make sure crash report was on in my iPad. Of course it was, but no crash data was ever sent. Subsequently I have contacted them a few more times including sending video footage of the crashes and a erratic behavior of the app which has only gotten worse with recent iOS updates, with no response from the developers. Sadly I am forced to abandon this app for live use. Show more

Recent update whether OS 10 and/or lack of update to app. Not pulling pdfs from Dropbox correctly. If you have 2 or more pages, the pages are not combined and pushes multiple pages to the next song title thus throwing off the entire binder by 1 + pages. Attempted to email support but got a request to sign up for support desk or something similar. If anyone has a fix let me know. Otherwise would be nice for an update. Show more

Seems we're not getting good update support. I haven't seen an update since I've owned this over the past year. Mine keeps crashing to in fact the only way I can open a song now is to open the one after the song I want so it will crash to the song I need Show more
