I love this app for the Phish connection. I find the lack of control in editing the playlist menu to be customizable to be pretty annoying, especially considering the monthly subscription model. I’d like to be able to organize all playlists exactly as I need them to appear, and not in a jumble of Alpha ordered files. Telluride #1 crew. Show more

Good stuff

Love Live/Phish. Hoping Grateful Dead do this one day. Only complaint; would love more shows available from years past. And more video. Otherwise, this is a wonderful treasure trove.

What could be better. The best recordings of the best band ever! Also all recordings of amazing solo endeavors! Cannot live without it!

Paid subscriber here. Overall, it’s awesome to have access to hundreds of soundboards straight from the source. Thankful that there is a playlist function. Biggest issue I’m having is gaps between songs during playback. The gap is very short, but it does negatively impact the user experience. I’m streaming on a solid wifi connection on my iPhone and also tried downloading the songs to see if that would fix the issue—no luck. There are no gaps when streaming Phish shows on Spotify, so it’s a little ridiculous to pay for a separate service that’s directly connected to the band and has inferior playback. Also, it would be nice to have a few additional features—simple things like the ability to “like” songs, listening history, and ability to sort playlists would be a great start. If the app was a few bucks a month I would understand the limited functionality, but to pay $75+ per year for this app it’s not really acceptable. Most other music streaming apps have this functionality. Phish has absolutely mastered the live experience—please dedicate some of that passion and ingenuity to this app that so many fans are paying for (or would, if it was a little bit better)! Show more
