I’ve been a fan and love it here. I just hate that when I download/save the albums they disappear after a while.

the UI is so outdated. feels like ios12. they have enough money to spare for a coder to fix this but haven’t.

This app was great before the ads

After the new update, there is an ad every single time you start a new song. It’s absolutely way too many ads, and makes this app unusable. I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Show more

App was great prior to the election ads. They play before every song. Please create a paid tier to exclude ads. Thanks until then most will be forced to bootleg or goto YouTube . We want to support but the bug is currently unbearable. Show more

Commercials after every song and every time you switch the song ?? this use to be my go too, but I can’t get wit the commercials it’s like someone hacked my CHOPNOTSLOP app. Because it never did it till one day it asked me to rate the app then next thing I know commercials after every song ????? Can’t listen to more than one song without an ad immediately following. Song, ad, song, ad. Just doesn’t “ad” up. Shame because this app was amazing before this!

After the update the app is terrible, commercial after each song is hard to catch a vibe n stay with it. There is a reason monetizing the app, I suppose. Id pay for a subscription. Show more

Mixtape search engine doesn’t locate items with the keywords artist/song that are clearly on tapes in the library. Saving tapes doesn’t guarantee they will stay saved. I had a collection of saved tapes and maybe because I didn’t use the app for some time it had them removed Show more

I've enjoyed Chopped not Slopped ever since Slim K's Nothing Chopped the Same. These are some of the best "remixes" I've ever heard, and I'm appreciative and grateful to have this sound accessible through my phone. Show more

Please fix it to where my favorites stay and fix the search. You have to scroll all the way down in the mixtapes for the search to work.

First and foremost, I gave this app 5 stars despite the title of my review because not only do I love chopped & screwed music, I love that it’s accessible through an app and I love the ChopStars for making and keeping this possible! The area that needs work is on the backend I’m sure. Like the app in and of itself works just fine but after every iOS update, my favorites get erased. I don’t remember if I got it in 2018 or 2019, but it’s been a thing for me since I’ve had it and it’s quite annoying bc I curate a lot of favorites as the ChopStars continue to put out great music! I figured there’d be issues with the new iOS 14, so I bit the bullet and remade my list but when it happened again with 14.0.1, I figured I’d let the devs know here as opposed to tweeting whoever runs that account all the time.
