Just crashes when you try to open any files.

Total trash! Don’t waste your money! Every song you click on crashes the app. Tried reinstalling twice and the problem still continues.

This isn’t your ringtone maker unless you want to do it through a computer… and takes a little understanding…

Super easy to use. Well explained in the video. One fault - should be able to search for songs and not have to scroll

App crashes every time I select a song. Song was redownloaded - app was deleted and redownloaded and still does not work.

First off, your instructions go to a non-existent page and are you telling me I have to connect my iPhone to a computer and launch iTunes to get my ringtone. Very inefficient!! Show more

Does not work simply put. No app support. There is no working Blackoutlabs website. Don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t work

Don’t waste your money. Unless the dev updates the app to run on latest iOS, you’re better off burning the money. At least that way you’ll be a bit warmer, even if only for a brief moment. Show more

No ringtones are coming up in my ringtone documents in file sharing

This app is total junk and relies on tech from 20 years ago for it to function. Let me begin by asking what is iTunes? Certainly something my grandfather thought was real high-speed and nifty along with his new fangled Walkman and microwave oven. I would have given this app zero stars if it were possible but I suppose 1 star is appropriate. Maybe the developer can use it to develop some type of speed control regulator for cars. This would be awesome. Just think, wouldn’t it be so nice to not haven to use the accelerator pedal to cruise at a constant and steady speed during long trips down the Oregon Trail. If only there was something that could wipe the windshield on demand when it rains. My face gets real wet and chapped after having to stick it out of the drivers side window to see where I’m going. I know, wishful thinking — but it sure would be nice....sigh....... Show more

Can’t make a single ringtone. iPhone 11 everything up to date

This app used to work fine now it crashes anytime I try to open it. Using iOS 14.2. Extremely Disappointed since I paid for the upgrade. Developers please fix.

Unable to add the files to phone. Got them to pop up once then lost them all. TOTAL RIP OFF
