Hi, (I sent this to your Contact/Help department too.) I decided to try the Premium 30 day free trial because I’m finally ready to commit to subscribing when the free trial ends. Unfortunately you guys had my old email address that was attached to the free version of Jazzradio I’ve been listening to for a few years. So when I signed up on my phone, it made my account with that old email. I went to download the Classical radio app, included in the free 30 day trial, it said I had to pay for a year’s subscription to listen ad-free. That happened because my app store has my current email address! I went online on my computer and tried to change my email address to my current one so that it would match. It won’t allow me to change my email address, and now on my phone it took away the free trial and just automatically goes back to my old free version with ads. And no option to sign up for a trial anymore! Also in my purchases on my phone it says I HAVE a free 30 day premium trial until January 27,2023. I can only access it on my computer, using my old email address. So I can’t log in with Apple or Google because they all use my current email. I’m so confused and also disappointed because I listen to this every day pretty much and I only listened to one song on my phone before it stopped my access. How can we figure this out, so I can use the free trial before it expires? Also, in my account on my phone now there is a generic email address that isn’t mine and I didn’t put there. Show more

i subscribe to Classical Radio, which includes Jazz Radio. The app is as fabulous as the music. I highly recommend the app and paying for the subscription. Sometimes it is the little things in life that make the hard times easier. Show more

It's not the content. The content is really great. As well as the sound quality. Great! The app is sometimes slow to start and hangs if you are not a subscriber after advertising. Honestly I use this alot I have 3 channels that are favorites. It is great for car travel as well Show more

No matter what mood I’m in I love listening to Jazz radio. I played jazz for the last 10 years and still listening while driving. You are a 5 star app. Show more

It’s a nice music selection, but their tracking and privacy policies are problematic. You definitely want to change the default settings and use a burner email account.

Please, please, please, Jazz Radio, don’t change a thing. This App is as important in my life as OXYGEN!

Used this channel before they rebranded and must say ALL the channels are superbly curated.

The app stops playing when the screen is off after a commercial break. This seems recent and it’s annoying.

I have been loving this app. Seriously thinking about upgrading, but I don't mind the commercials. This app helps me study. It actually helps me stay focused on my work. Thank you, and I definitely recommend this app to others. Show more

I don’t know anything about jazz so I wouldn’t know who/what to look for, so this app has a great format that lets you bounce around and check out different sub genres. Show more

Great music service for music lovers around the globe. Free version is good enough to be streamed to home audio equipment, music quality even at lower bit rate is very pleasant to listen to. Unobtrusive commercial breaks and most of all great selection and channels. Love this app will install in my car audio. Show more
