Has a lot of hymns (though it doesn't seem like an exhaustive archive) in hymn mode (i.e. with verses and 4-part harmony) or lyrics-only mode. The former has a built-in player for you to listen to how each hymn sounds (on piano) in 4-part harmony, melody alone, or bass clef (baritone and tenor) alone--for accompaniment I guess. My only suggestion is the ability to add more hymns manually, as lyrics or as imported PDFs, which would make this app an indispensable songbook Show more

This is good. It took downloading it twice for it to work. There needs to be some instructions in the App to show how to use it! Once you figure it out then it is good. Swiping across the sheet music turns the page and tapping on the screen displays the arrows to play the music. This can be very helpful for many music ministries. Show more

It's missing a few of my faves. I really like how it'll show the sheet music and play bass and treble separately or together.

We enjoy this app very much, but the latest update doesn't work like prior versions. I have troubles with playing the songs and repeating the melody. My bookmarks were all erased, and turning pages doesn't seem to work as well. Please fix..... Show more

Can't seem to get butch hymns book 2&3 to open. Every time you click on a hymn the app crashes. All others seem to work okay. I love this app, I have several songs I learned and love very much. I have always loved the old hymns and will continue to do so. I find this app an encouragement and a blessing almost daily. Just wish that all of it worked like it use to. Show more

seems like a great app !! except there is no sound ! will not play . not sure if its that they may need to upgrades it for new iOS ?!!! would love to be able to listen and sing the old hymns with it !!! Show more

My favorites are listed. And if I can't quite remember the tune, being able to play it is wonderful.

Considering all, 5 stars. I don't use half of it, so it looks like there's more to the app than I'm appreciating.

I had the original app and when the new update came I have been unable to view my whole screen or change the size of the screen or do anything. It really is disappointing because I loved using the app. Show more

This app is great! Such a blessing. FYI if you turn off your portrait orientation lock you can view the sheet music in landscape which is much larger.

I use this during my hour with the Lord, and at night before I sleep. It's a great way to learn new hymns, and to sing along with old favorites. There are some issues with turning pages to continue with lyrics, and it would be nice to zoom in to see the words better. But other than that I have no major problem with this app. It's been a blessing. Show more

Hundreds of hymns at your fingertip, There's not a much that's better than that.

You need to make the letters larger to read and a whole hymn book with more songs, but NOT with just words!!! (shape and note)(classical songs)
