Ive supported this from the start & REBOUGHT this, and im using it now, yet the gui feels a lot more outdated than I expected. its like im back to using and iphone 4. I request please to update this up to date w/ the current era OS’s potential: -Viewing more of the list at once (rather than using an ipod style slow scrollwheel thru a few at once). -allowing dark mode (custom colors add so much more to the experience, too) - smaller global font sizes , possibly adding color settings -overall faster responsiveness -overall global size of everything in the app -CUSTOM “IDEAS by mood”and “mood” CATEGORIES pleaseeeee <3333 Show more

Love this app for Songwriting and Dante’s customer support is outstanding.

I love this app. My only complaint is that I wish it wasn’t limited to only two devices. Other than that, it would be five stars for me.

I’ve tried them all TRUST and this is the best so far imo. Only issue I have is I could be writing a verse and the app freezes and closes and when reopened you have to re write all you jotted down before the freeze smh bad for freestyle writers. Show more

I’m rating this app because I was about to install it on another device and I seen the rating it had: I have been using this app for 5 years with over 90 songs stored. This is one of the best investments I could purchase. yes there are a few bugs. Sometimes the app shuts down if you keep switching back and forth from rhyme section to song. And sometime it doesn’t save some of the last things you wrote which can be a pain. I’ve just learned to always keep it updated with the Dropbox cloud option after every couple bars. If they fix that then I will change to 5 stars Show more

I used to swear by this app, but now I am extremely upset! The app connects to the iPad version and when I send and download songs from the cloud, lyrics get deleted and songs get erased! Make sure you back up your lyrics and chords to another app! I use the iPad version for open mic, so now I know to never download from the cloud again. I’ll stick to using the iPad version only. I never write reviews...but I’m done with this app until all the bugs get fixed. I’ve lost lyrics every time I’ve written a song because it crashes or just decides not to save something. I used to have to screenshot every lyric because I knew I’d lose it eventually. Great app if it works right but I’m tired of losing my music ideas... Show more

I like this app, since I'm a budding songwriter/music producer and I have trouble putting ideas in writing - or typing. But the only problem is that I can't sync with my iPad. Anyone else have this problem? Otherwise, it's a good idea. Show more

Really need an update at this point. Otherwise great concept.

I have both the iPad and iPhone versions. Super convenient to be able to work across devices. Impressed they continue to improve/evolve the product. Any time I've needed support, they we were responsive and competent. Show more

This app has been awful for multiple versions now. This developer wants more money for no work. Get over yourself. This product is terrible and you don't deserve a cent more for this "app". Show more

This cost so much money, has tons of bugs. Worst of all they want you to use their cloud and pay 30-50 dollars for the app on the desktop. Honestly I commend their efforts but they expect way to much compensation for it. Try notability way cheaper and syncs with iCloud. Please change your business strategy. Show more

Ignoring the fact that this app is riddled with bugs and crashes with the frequency of a Malaysian flight, I foolishly decided to continue using it for storing my lyrics. I, at one point, had an upwards of 20 songs stored in this app. Foolish indeed, as one day without warning or even the slightest indication that something was awry, my entire collection of writings vanished without a trace, leaving not a single recoverable piece of data. The point that I leave you with is this; DO NOT TRUST THIS APP TO STORE YOUR DATA. If you are one of the many writers who made the unfortunate choice to entrust this app with your precious writings, I urge you to back up your work on another service, as any day, possibly next year, possibly this very evening, you may be stripped of it completely. The app is Great but it lacks a decent sharing/upload option. Something like upload to soundcloud or even google drive would help alot, considering most of the people i collab with dont live in the same state as me. Please!! The email option isnt reliable and often if not ALWAYS fails to send. Please update this Show more

Writing songs with pen and paper is too hard. Thoughts come to me throughout the day and with the app I can write or change any song on the go. Everything can be backed up to iCloud. You can create categories to organize. Such as "finished songs" or "songs in progress". Also, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I lost my password and my email had been deactivated and they helped me re set up everything via email within 48 hrs, very nice and helpful. There are a few annoying things that could be fixed but nothing that effects my songs and there really isn't an app that is better. Show more

You would have a solid 5 star app if I didn't lose lyrics when the app crashed while I was typing ( which happens quite a bit) please update!
