This app doesn’t appear to be compatible with iPhone X — it enters a mode where you cannot swipe up to exit and I have to turn my phone off to perform any other actions. Do not recommend for iPhone X owners until they upgrade. Show more

I must have for little learners.

I feel like a lot of the negative reviews come from the IOS updates, not necessarily the app itself. My kid loves the app. I use it as a reward for good behavior (psst she's learning stuff, too.) Show more

App worked great before the latest IOS updates. It started becoming very glitchy, with certain things not working. I removed and reinstalled hoping that would help, now it doesn't open at all. Please fix soon as this is a great app and my daughter loves it. Show more

My son has autism and had used this app to help him learn. Now he is having a really hard time since he cannot use the app anymore. Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope someone fixes this problem asap Show more

App was having a glitch. Deleted it, reloaded it, and now all we're getting is a black screen. (Did this twice) Very disappointed ~ we love this app! Please fix, and make this usable again ? Show more

The new advertisements make the app unplayable for my 15 month old, she cannot escape the ads after clicking on them.

I LOVED this app. It was 5 stars for me. My toddler was learning his ABCs, and his letter sounds. He was singing the alphabet song in the car, and doing the motions to go along with the letters. I recently downloaded the update because the app was "freezing". Now, on the right side there are three new icons (not shown in the picture of the first screen) that link to samples of other paid StarFall apps. Now my toddler goes to those activities first. They are not as interactive and he has lost the letters and sounds he knows. I wish there was a way to go back and download the old version. I am sad about this change, but my little guy would be even sadder if I delete the app, so I guess we will deal with it. Show more

This is absolutely the best app. My 2-year-old loves it and has learned so much from it while playing. Best of all, we like it, too. It doesn't get annoying. There are so many diverse activities and songs it never gets old. Whoever made this put a lot of love and effort into it and they not only understand kids well, but they are considerate to parents. Best toddler app, hands down. Show more

This app used to be paid but it is now free thanks to Starfall thank you for making it free now it can hopefully be accessed by even more people now 5 stars!!! Don't what's going on in the other reviews but none of that's happened to me. Show more

It's still not working.

My little girl loves to play with this app but for some reason when we click on a letter it glitches out and sounds really scary! She hurrys to give the ipad back to get it to stop. Please fix asap. Show more

Why hasn't this been fixed or updated yet. This and starfall numbers are completely unusable. Well over a month now. Ridiculous. Breaking my 3 year olds heart. Thanks a lot. Show more

Works great on my iPhone but black screen on iPad~ contents of the app are great

Have enjoyed the online version. Expected to be able to enjoy the app as well. Opens with a black screen and never works.

While the red bar asking me to become a member is not invasive (only appears on the alphabet screen) and neither causes a problem with my kids playing the app nor causes a security issue, you lost 4 stars by FORCING me to update. I tried to open the app and it required my Apple ID to even open. I don't like being forced to make changes to my device ESPECIALLY since I didn't know what the changes were. I'm the kind of person who has a few apps that will never be updated because I don't like the update changes. I deserved this chance here and you forced users who PAID YOU MONEY to update. I want the old version or my money back. Until then I can do nothing but review your app on BOTH accounts I have bought it on. Show more

I paid for the app so please remove my red bar. I don't want the consequence for a free app. I was FORCED to update.

This is a wonderful, four-star app when it functions - it really does a fantastic job of teaching toddlers their letters. It's adorable, entertaining, and man do they learn quickly. But it hasn't worked for several weeks now. No updates are available and I've deleted and re-installed. Still getting a black screen, sometimes the main screen but it skips like a broken record when the letter is pressed. Fix. It. Please. Show more
