It turns off itself after about 15minutes. So I should click the play button again after the music has stopped, of course. What's going on? I really loved this app..!

For those who say you cant turn it off followed by a rude comment, Learn how to use your phone before complaining. I play king fm almost 24 hours a day for my baby through my iphone at home and sometimes it turns off by itself out of nowhere, no incoming message, or call just turns off so i have to go back into the app and press the play button again . It turns off like this maybe about 10 times throughout the day. Maybe its a glitch on the app? Anyone else have this problem? Show more

Unparalleled classical music streaming. What a treat!

I like the four options of music this app provides. No problems here with turning the music off; just tap your music selection a second time. It goes from a triangle to a square and it's off! Show more

The only way to turn this app off is to delete it. What an idiotic design. Also, charge for the app don't keep begging for donations. I'm already a member of KING-FM. All this extra begging is a turn off. Heh, too bad you can't turn the app off. Show more

Just tap the square "stop" icon on whatever feed you are playing. Nice piece of work.

For people asking why the music sti plays after you quit out of the app, quit the app, then double tap the home button, hold it as of you were moving icons around, and delete it. Show more

What an extraordinary music selection, and I'm willing to put up with the pleas for money (and even to donate) to make this service possible. But when the only way to turn the music off is to delete the app, you lost someone who would have been a die-hard fan. Show more

worked fine before, cannot connect any more, i tried deleted and installing again, still does not play any of the channels.

I've been listening to KING-FM since their station began webcasting (to my recollection) more than ten years ago, and to have discovered their app -- which not only plays one but four styles of classical music -- proves to me KING-FM is second-to-none in classical music radio stations. That said, the only shortcoming I can report is you're unable to simply exit out of the app and expect the music to continue playing; instead you have to wait for the app to reload via Safari. Most other radio apps have long moved beyond this method, which does leave KING's app slightly dated in comparison. Nevertheless, to have KING's app offer not just one but four still ranks it the gold standard amongst classical radio apps. Show more

Such wonderful music. Too bad you rarely get to hear it anymore. They constantly ask you for a donation. Why not charge me for the app and let me listen to the music? So intrusive that I deleted it altogether. Show more

I can't figure out how to turn this app off. I ended up shutting the phone off then I deleted the app.

Love the app & the alarm feature. All works right.

Not much to complain about with this great App... except: --the Alarm doesn't work. It says to leave the App open and in the alarm mode; but this leaves the music streaming. If you tap Stop Streaming, the music stops but alarm still doesn't work. I have yet to get it to function, but haven't given up trying yet. --music pours forth as soon as the App is opened, before I've decided which channel to choose, or whether to play music at all. The default should be silence until a channel is chosen. Gripe gripe gripe. No, this is really a fine App. Show more

As a Tacoma resident, I've enjoyed listening to King FM on the radio for years. Now I can easily listen to Christmas Music from King FM on my iPhone. I like the simple interface. Five stars. One suggestion. Instead of writing the instruction as "Press play to listen", write "Press channel button to play. Press again to stop." Show more
