Mine doesn't work any more. I don't know I it is the app or the device but my phone says the device is "out of range" even though it is literally touching the tunelink device. Will never purchase a new potato device again. If they cared, they would have updated their app by now. -5 stars! Show more

Does not work from out of the box!

My phone will no longer connect to the device. Fixing to take back if I don't get this resolved soon. As of now its just a waste of money

I would give it a 5 but I'm desperately waiting for an update because it will not automatically connect anymore. When I get in the car I want to just go, not spend time pairing my phone. Please hurry so I can love you again!! Show more

Need updated app for iPhone 5...trouble connecting and disconnects often

For those of you who have purchased tunelink and trying to use it with ios5, it is the app that is the problem. New Potato please push an update ASAP, this is ridiculous. I'll update the rating to 5 stars when you do. For now you get 1. Show more

It takes on average 15 minutes of attempting to connect (i.e. various combinations of hitting the connect button, toggling bluetooth off/on, unplugging and replugging the adaptor, etc.). There is no magic combination or workaround; whether it works or not is totally random. Fail. Show more

I'm on my fourth unit and its the same story. Works for a day or two then will not connect. Will be returning it to Best Buy. Too bad. Great concept/design. Show more

Great, when it works. Constantly quits playing. Was unplugging and rep lugging to get it going again. Now that's not even working. Thinking about trying the Belkin version, this is becoming a source of aggrevation I do not need. Show more
