This App is awesome…It plays my media files from my My Book World Server….Awesome!!! Interface is ancient but the App works and is free for now…Five star in my book.

Would be 5 stars if it could also stream AVCHD

App needs mkv Avi and mpeg support. Also when watching hi def videos, 1080p, the video is slightly shifted to the left leaving a black bar on the right of the screen. I've tried every streaming app like this on the AppStore and this is the only one that plays my hd files without skipping or freezing but definitely needs some work and more video formats supported. A great alternative to play media on my GoFlex Satellite since it lists music by artist or album, creates playlists, and plays music in the background.

Following formats do not play: Mkv Avi Mpg

UI looks great but with no avi support this is a virtual useless app for. Adding support for this common codec would result in better reviews and many more downloads.

I tried several apps like this, all of them have issurs but this was the first that didnt recognize any of my servers or renderers. Useless.

Works with my NAS synology Ds211j but does not support AVI ???

App saw my smb and upnp shares, no problem. When I try to play any videos, though, I only get "format not supported". In a world of AVIs and MKVs, this app isn't useful. Show more
