need update

Since updating to iOS 9, this app does nothing but crash. Tried reinstalling, but no joy. Looks like presonus has abandoned it in favor of the ai boards, but I don't have a couple of thousand dollars lying around to replace a perfectly good board. Show more

When I first downloaded the app a week ago, it worked for a short amount of time. But since then, it takes forever to recognize that an SL board is there, and when it does it's temperamental on whether it wants to connect. And when it does connect it almost immediately crashes. Every time. Even others on the worship team I am part of have the same problem. Please PreSonus! Update this app! Then I will give it five stars! Show more

SL-Remote has been crashing frequently ever since the upgrade to iOS 9. It has become unstable and unreliable. I used to use it all the time but now use it hardly ever. Show more

Hello well as a long time PreSonus user both live and studio, I decided to finally try out the app. But. There are no instructions in the app on how to set it up. That would sure be helpful guys! So now I have to stop everything I'm doing and go find it on YouTube I guess? Thanks for being ahead of the curve. Show more

I enjoy being able to run sound from my iPad, but it takes months for the app to be updated after new iOS updates. After the iOS 9 update, the app force closes every 5-10 minutes. When the iOS 7 or 8 update was given, it took months to correct the orientation issue. It would be a much easier experience if the company would keep up with the updates. Show more

I can’t even get the app to work. It crashes every time I try to load. Come on PreSonus! Look at all of these negative reviews! No wonder Behringer is eating your lunch with the X32. Their app works flawlessly for me. Show more

This app used to be great now it randomly quits on you. I'm very disappointed as I bought an iPad just for this function.

Not sure which one is the problem...updated to iOS 9.0.2 and app would disconnect occasionally, a little frustrating, but manageable. Installed OSX El Capitan and now the app won't connect at all. Takes about a minute to recognize the mixer then takes about another minute to connect. I get the mixer screen with a pin wheel connection spinning, then the app crashes. Show more

I've used this app on previous ipads and it's been amazing. Unfortunately with the iPad 3 it's been crashing almost immediately After I open it. It might have something to do with iOS 9? Also if the iPad locks with the presonus app open it will freeze the iPad when you try and unlock it.... Disappointing Show more

Please fix ASAP!!!! This app is great. Not complaining about it. I know you guys move quick on this. Just letting you know about the problem.

Originally I didn't want to use this app, but once I figured it out I will never go back to the physical interface. I used this for a large a'cappella group with 14 singers plus vocal percussion. I was able to easily control every channel and add EQ and compression on app. I was even able to add a limiter to a mic with unexpected problems in the middle of a performance. This being said, use this app BEFORE PERFORMANCE. Make sure your wifi works, and make sure your computer works as well. I believe the negative reviews for this app where from people how didn't get past technical proble,a related to this app. Show more

Please fix issues with touch response when trying to view channels.

This app is great, it gets me out of the blackhole of sound that is our sound booth and allows me to roam the room and get personal with our set up. Even allows me to personalize every ones mixes and instantly improved the sound of the room when we upgraded to a presonus 24.4.2. But with my ipad two i have issues being able to slide back and forth to see all of my chanels. If that problem was fixed it would totaly be 5 stars. Show more

This app worked fine under iOS 7 and it was very useful. Now, with iOS 8, I can't scroll left-right right-left without a lot of hassle, effort, and frustration. Please fix. Show more

Everything was fine before updating to iOS 8. Now it takes many attempts and aggressive swipes to get the faders to scroll. Please fix! SL24.4.2/MacBook Pro/iPad 4

I am a musician, and not the sound guy. So I use the app for adjusting my monitor mix and it does a great job of that. My only whine about the app is it only works in landscape mode. On my iPad, I switch between a metronome, music charts and SL Remote. The first two work best in portrait mode, but SL Remote only works in landscape. Very inconvenient. Show more

Please fix! It's no longer connecting to the computer. Need it fixed in order to use.

Using with a 16.0.2 and a Mac. Cool to be able to remotely change settings with a quick touch. EpVery useful in a live situation with no dedicated engineer. Get a mic stand clip that allows you to rotate your ipad though. Thus app is a pain if you can't go from portrait to landscape mode easily. Show more
