It keeps saying download a newer version takes you to the App Store but it says nothing about updating because it’s already updated

This app use to work fine, now I keep getting a message to update. I go to the App Store and there is no update….What’s going on???

Trying to login, can’t do it, keeps telling me we need the new version, but then doesn’t make a new version available, sending me on an endless cycle! What’s going on here?! Show more

Trying to login in keep taking me to update app it’s not working

Tells me to update app. There is no update in the App Store. I’m not able to login and BMI say they are still working on the problem. It’s been a year since an update what is really going on. I got work to upload. I hope they fix this soon. Show more

The app was working fine for me for a long time. Then it stopped working and keeps saying to download the new update. But there is no new update to download. When I delete the app and reinstall it says the same thing. I can’t log in, and cannot use my member services. Extremely disappointed Show more

Mobile app update needed

Running me in complete circles and not letting me log in

Whenever I try to log in there is a pop up saying I need to download the very latest version created. And when I try to click on it I already have it. There is no way for me to access my account. Show more

After I download the app ; it sent me right back to apple store to download the app again !! ? useless app !!

The BMI mobile app does not even work in the slightest. I get the “update required” every time I log in. I tap download latest version and takes me to the App Store where the only option is “open”. Do better, BMI. Show more

Keeps telling me to download latest version then when I go to download it says “open” with no download option, then pops up the same message again at login. Super annoying Show more

I’m having the same problem as the reviewer above where it won’t let me log on and keeps showing the screen that says download the app over and over again.

Everytime I log in, it says to update app. App is already updated and it’s still not working properly
