Love the app to listen when I’m not in the car.

I love that I can listen to NHPR using the app in my office. I have recently become frustrated because the app doesn’t load the feed right away. I have to tap 40-50 times before the news comes on. I am a sustaining member and I hope you are able to fix this and to stop the random cutoffs as well. The are frustrating. Show more

Long time listener to PR. Love the sane reporting on NHPR. Used to listen in the car daily but I don’t commute anymore so the app keeps me in touch around the house when played through Bluetooth system. App also allows us to listen to NHPR when taking long trips, no more channel surfing on the radio every 50 miles of highway driving. No fake news here! Show more

Best source for all around news in NH that won't raise your blood pressure! Pledge stream is brilliant

All in all, it is a good app. There is a hiccup, here and there. Ultimately, the reporting and topics are spot on. I’m glad that I found the app.

As others have said, ads interrupt shows midstream. Buffering often fails. Very disappointed.

Hi I am a member already, but I didn’t use Facebook or google to create an account. I can’t see any other way to logon. Oh well I guess I will keep using the npr app... Show more

I only just got the new app so I may not have used it enough to give a complete review but these are the issues I’ve had in the past. First I am a sustaining member of NHPR and love this station. Second - when a broadcast is interrupted with an ad, I want to scream. It doesn’t interrupt at a normal break but in the middle of a story instead. I’m hoping this has been corrected with the upgrade. I had a problem for a while with the app reverting to the NHPR classical station but I finally logged on instead of skipping over the log on, it seems better. So happy to have the live stream that I can listen to at my leisure. Thanks! Show more

Web pages don’t load properly, charts don’t display fully, link to browser doesn’t work. Audio pauses & reloads. The WBUR app is much more reliable. Harsh because I want you to make this work. Needs a complete redesign and not using Drupal for the website. Show more

I love NHPR - I would listen to it all day if I could. Unfortunately, I live in an area with three stations all within an hour of my home, but we can’t get NHPR on either our car or home stereo. So I turn to the app. It had been working fine, until a few months ago. It hesitates to load the feed, it often cuts out for no reason, and it restarts the feed randomly. But the most annoying part is that it will loop anywhere from 2 to 5 seconds, constantly. Just now I heard about three seconds of This American Life five times before deleting (and reinstalling) the app out of frustration. Now it won’t load at all, just cycles from 0 to 93% and back down again. C’mon guys, you’re forcing me to listen to VPR, and I can’t stand that station. Please help! Show more

And public radio. Not good reception at our home, so streaming NHPR is awesome.

The prompt for a login is completely unnecessary. At least provide a “don’t ask me again” option.

So handy to be able to listen to my favorite shows on the go.

This app used to work well, but now it demands I login in order to use it, and when I try/skip it gives me an error. I give away my info enough already, I shouldn't have to do it here! Show more

This app is terrible... I donate every year and listen to countless hours of solicitations for donations, but really NHPR?! You can do a way better than this app. I barely listen to NHPR when I'm not in NH bc your online radio malfunctions. VPR and Maine Public have apps that are Leagues better... Show more

I love NHPRs programming. I don't have to sit in the car longer or miss the ending to a story or news item. I heard testimony broadcast live from capital hill while weeding my garden. I depend on this app to keep me informed and entertained and am not disappointed Show more

Simple to use and always part of my early morning every day.

App always starts by asking me to sign up with no provision to say "never." And "sign in via Facebook" is NEVER something I would do. News feed often does not match on-air feed (or the app's tag for 'current program'.) These problems do not exist with the "radio" feed from iTunes, they are unique to this app. Show more
