This is quickly becoming my favorite music app. Very simple to use but definitely has some learning curve to it. It's geared towards beginners in that you can just play with loops til you get something you like. The more adventurous will play with the additional settings and will find a lot of value in what is offered. A definite must buy for those who like to make music on the fly without dealing with overly complicated interfaces. All I ask is better support be added for the iPad. It works within the smaller window and works when blown up but having the app run full screen natively on an iPad would easily make this five stars for me. Show more

The only con would be not to be able to export your music. I would definitely love to use some beats I made on videos I made and I would definitely give credit to you guys and maybe get your sales up a little more. Show more

I have been having fun with this app the last two days and have made some pretty cool beats with it. If they add the ability to import your own loops it's going to be even better. Show more

Cool app. wouldve been 5 stars if it had the capability to import and export loops and "mashes"

I never leave reviews... Ever. So for me to take time to do this says a lot. I have tried and bought several apps in search of one that has all that this one does. Intuitive controls, great clip quality, lots of variety in the included sounds (though more would always be welcomed). I really like this app, and have already put it to production use- worth $4 and then some. Show more

First Steinberg product that I've bought since wavelab 3... wow... Loopmash is amazing. I'm still pretty sure that I've only scratched the surface of it but this is really really an excellent beat mangling device! I hope that there will continue to be improvements upon what is already been proving to be excellent fun-> would love to be able to import my own waves and loops for beat mangling madness... This app makes it possible to create awesome loops without too much effort or know-how. The layout and interface is not too complex, yet pretty cool. Loops are created by the app's built-in tracks. It has bass, beats, chords, leads, and mixes. There are some cool presents already with the app, and it has the ability to save your own ones. It has lots of customization so that you can make a whole array of sweet-sounding loops. The only thing that I think this app could have is implementation of the users' own custom tracks/audio files. OK, the title may sound confusing… basically what I mean is this app is not for everyone. For people, who like experimenting with mixing beats, etc., it's great - there is a great variety of beats to play around with. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A MUSIC MIXING (dj-ing) APP. But, for those who are interested in making their own music, this is great and worth the 3.99. Show more

I am definitely not a pro but this one is so easy to use that even I create some great stuff! Great app, I am addicted to music and therefore addicted to this one! Recommend it 100%! Show more
