Can’t import text lyrics from other apps. Junk

I’ve been using this app for a very long time. It’s super easy to use and paste lyrics into the app from any online resource. Making set lists is also simple. The autoscroll feature isn’t great since each song is different and it changes the way the text shows up on screen. It would be nice to have a dark setting for shows so the glare of the iPad doesn’t distract from the event. Lastly, this app doesn’t seem to work with wireless foot switches which is very unfortunate since it does be one a drag having to advance the self during a performance. I emailed the developer to see if perhaps I’m missing something but so far, the page turners do not work on this app as they do on others. Show more

The import instructions are no longer valid for iTunes. There is no way to import a text file. The only way is to cut and paste from within the iPad either from a web site or email. Show more

I believe I just paid $1.99 for what? There’s no directions! I assume the only songs available are those that are in the public domain. I wrote a couple of titles that I thought for sure were in the public domain nothing! How does this thing work where are the directions? Sorry, what am I missing here ? Show more

I do love this app. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t highlight words. I think this will be helpful in some different ways.

I’ve been thinking of having a lyrics app with set list. This is perfect for 6 hrs of worship.

This is good lyrics notepad you can only two ways and one f them is iTunes. You should be be able to import lyrics and use camera or jpg files to add. Show more

I thought this would be a program for viewing song lyrics, IT IS NOT. How do I get my money back

If you are a lead singer this is the app for you. Works awesome! Light and dark screen modes are great. Add songs with copy and paste right into the built in text editor. Easy to make set lists. Set list is down the side so you can jump to different songs in case you need to make an on the fly change during a show. Auto scrolls if you want. You can archive your songs to your computer. I did follow the directions and attempted to add lyrics through iTunes. But the app crashes during download. Not sure if it’s because lyrics are not available or the app is not working. I can, however, import lyrics from the Internet via text editor. It’s easy enough so the app does serve its purpose, especially for an amateur. But if you’re looking for something for professional use, I suggest looking for something else. Show more

As a professional vocalist I use this app constantly. It’s good. My only gripe is that there is no way to highlight lines for harmonies or male/female vocal parts. Please please please add this function to this app and it will be the best on the market!! Show more

An app for all of the pro vocalists out there! This app works beautifully! Nice and easy, clear, all the functionality a singer needs without the crowding of information a musician does. I use it every gig, it's my only lyric app.

Very difficult to use.

I bought this app and copied and pasted 80 songs, separated by setlists. It took a very long time to do. The app updated and I lost everything. I tried to contact them and got no reply. I'm not going to continue to use such a waste of time with no support. Garbage. Show more

Waste of time and money!!

Waste of money, don't buy it. Can't import .rtf files. Crashes.

I play in several cover bands and I got this app to help with lyrics and guitar chords. I don't know why this app has bad reviews. I have copied and paste songs from the Internet straight into the app. Then you have the abilities to modify the text. Changing colors of the background and/or words. You can make the font larger or smaller. You also have the auto scroll function, so when your playing you will not need to touch the iPad to good to the next page. Plus you can make set list for you gig. For $2 you can not go wrong. Trust me if you play music and gig out you need this app to make you job easier. Show more
