With this new update, it deleted over 6 of my playlist! Please fix it because I'm not about to go through and re-download over 500 songs.

Amazing app, works well, only complaint is that my entire playlist got removed in the recent update.

NicoBox has always been my favorite app to listen to J-Pop songs. It has almost all of the songs I want to download and I can hear songs without wifi or data. After the update, most of my playlists has been deleted. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! Thank you♡♡♡ Show more

Great app! I use it all the time to download Japanese music to listen without wifi!

As of the new update; all my playlists were deleted, and the app force closes anytime I try to use 'Ranking' or 'Search'. So basically I can't use it any longer. Please please please fix whatever's wrong with it! Show more

Ever since the update, it has deleted 1208 songs that were in my playlist. I also can't even run the app due to crashing when trying to go into the ranking. Show more

it's 12:30 am and I've honestly tried everything to fix this issue where it crashes whenever I try to open anything and it just won't?? Work?? I absoultely LOVED the app up until version 3.0 was released. However, once I updated it to version 3.0, the app never opened anymore! This was a huge problem for me since July, and it got to the point where I thought reinstalling the app and losing all of my playlists would fix it. However, I never uninstalled it and instead, waited patiently for updates to be released. Finally, after nearly 2 months of being unable to use the app and suffering from a vocaloid song deficiency, the app was updated to version 3.2, and not only was I surprised to see that it was working flawlessly once again, but it also kept all of my playlists and every song in them! I'm so happy it works again! Show more

a lot of us want to hear music the last app was perfect until YOU made the UPDATE some of us like this some of us don't.the one that don't like this either are saying FIX IT or I LIKE THE OTHER ONE BETTER!!! Show more

I don't know what happened but it's freezing and crashing all the time especially after the newest update! Please fix this!

I love Nicobox to death, I really do. With it, I can listen to my favorite Vocaloid, utaite, and Kpop songs on the go. However, I am VERY DISPLEASED that this new version is only compatible for iOS 7 or later, which my old-ish iPod touch cannot get. Now, I cannot download any new songs I want on the version of Nicobox I have. I am not sure if this is just an error or is a push for users to download the newest version, but I would like to be able to download songs again. Show more

Now my songs are unrestricted. It's going back and forth every once in a while. So, can you fix things?

This app is easy to use and does exactly what you expect it to.

Ok, just want to say, I absolutely LOVED Nicobox. It gave me all my songs free, and it worked offline! But when I updated, the app deleted itself and doesn't appear on my home screen! The AppStore says I have it, and says "open" but the app doesn't open! It's not on my home screen! I'm heartbroken that I can't listen to my songs anymore! Plz fix!!!!!! Show more

Love the app but I hate the new update! "Playback Restricted" and it will not remember my spot in the music if I pause it like it used to. Please fix these?! Show more

First off, let me say, I love NicoBox, but I hate version 2.0. The new GUI is very intuitive and looks good, yes, but the primary issue is the fact that songs say "Playback for this content is restricted." I am aware that you can fix this by going through the songs while you are connected to the Internet, but I have over 200 songs, and they're all downloaded onto my device, why should I have to do that? I'll still do it, because I'm starting to go through Heisei Project withdrawals, but why should I have to? Show more
