This stopped working with Mac OS X 10.10.2. Wroked pretty well before that. I downloaded the demo of the version they sell on their site and it works (seems to be the same version, but it’s a demo and not fully activated.) I would hold off on buying it until it is fixed or buy it from their web site. Show more

Purchased this app and it doesn’t open, just crashes. Waste of money.

I was an admirer of this app up until recently. It was easy to use, transcoding was comperable to other transcoding applications however It no longer launches since the 10.10.2 update. Their support team on their website has yet to respond to my support licket. Ugh I miss VisualHub! Show more

This is could be a great App, the problem is the CPU use, this App needs a lot of CPU, and the MacBook Pro get very hot, and the both fans need to work at full speed by hours. Due to this problem, you can damage your computer very easy, due to high temperatures. Show more

I purchased this to be able to convert stuff to prores 422. With the latest update 4.4.4 the option is gone. It’s still a fast converter, it just doesn’t convert to the format I need... Show more

My Macbook and iMac are Yosemite Clean install but Apps cannot open.

this new update made the app useless, i can’t open it at al, keeps crashing pls fix

Since Yosemite, the destination folder would go back to default after I reopen the app after quitting. Besides that, the app works well for me.

1) Horizontally Compressed my video (converted 16:9 home video for Apple TV, and the results looked "squished") 2) Not the same "Wondershare Video Converter Pro" that I evaluated (directly from the Wondershare web site before purchasing thru the app store.) Show more

I first tried the free version that worked perfectly but had the ugly watermark, so then I purchased the $29.99 app from the app store and now i get an error message everytime i try to convert a video. (the same video the free trial version did with ease.) I've requested for my registration code 2 days ago and still no help. I also contacted customer support and still no response. Is there a way to sue to get my refund plus time wasted on this BS??!!! Show more

The way they worded it is deceiving. Change it to *Attention: This application DOES NOT support encrypted movies. There is no value in this product worth $50, simply absurd. Refund please! Bruno Show more

This product is awful. It constantly freezes at the very end of the conversion. Thanks for stealing my $30. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

if you live in the U.S., the discs have copyright encryptions and you can't download any movies. False advertizing. I'm calling apple.
