To unlock even very basic levels, actually, any level other than "easy", it's another $2.99. Really? The screenshots are misleading.

I use this every day to hone acuity and pitch recognition. Really well constructed and helpful app. I would buy this again anytime....

EDIT: Raised to 4 stars after recent fix. Great app, excellent for frequency ear training. Only one feature request: The choose your own music feature plays the same section over and over for the whole test. It would be great to see it choose different sections, at least as an option, otherwise it's a bit tiring. For the price, I would expect to see a little more depth. Overall, good stuff! Show more

Definitely helps a lot with frequency recognition.

Trying to do the eq quiz. Every song I select says that a clip cannot be created, select another song. Secondly, this puts you in an endless loop when trying to cancel out of song selection screen. Hitting cancel takes you back to eq quiz screen, but immediately launches back into select a song. 8 bucks is too much for this app. Disappointed. Show more

Songs will not load. I bought this with the intent of using my reference songs, and can't get them to work. On top of paying the app price, I also paid an additional fee to upgrade, and none of the issues were resolved. Show more

Whenever I select a song for "my music" it doesn't work. But I love the app.

Not opening my iTunes music iOS 7. Also, you have to pay $3 more to access all features.

This is a good app, seems to work well. When I try to play my own music the song selection window just closes the reopens.
