One of the worst music app. Keeps losing song and always an issue.

It has good collection of songs but there is a recurring issue with this app. i am pro customer and still when i play a playlist it doesnt play the order the songs were listed it picks its own order. no matter your shuffle us off or on or repeat is on or off it picks its own order. issue 2 - when i play offline it always plays same set of songs next irrespective to what order you choose the songs to play.. I am using premium subscription from 15months and song collection is really good. But the application keep telling me max number of devices reached while I am using only 3 devices and also app shows me 3 devices which is right. I have to close the app and reopen again to fix it and that’s is what suggested to support team. And some time i get advertisements. These issues need to be fixed . Show more

Been using the app for years. Love it for all my Bollywood favs. But I really needs a lot of maintenance. Music Videos available for songs don’t play smoothly or without freezing or don’t play at all then disappear and say it wasn’t available when it actually is . Downloading my saved songs for offline listening and it’s still not finished months later (new phone and have enough data storage ) it’s always been that way for me actually I just never said anything and listened to the ones that downloaded. Recently Lots of times I open the app and songs don’t play or app crashes , or when the songs play it’s not the one I chose and it skips to other songs regardless of online or offline mode . Also I was actually interested in checking out the podcasts and found some I would like but they won’t play at all. It would be amazing and seamless if this issues were corrected , this app could be equivalent to Spotify or better with all the features . If they would work better… been a pro member for a long time . I believe in JioSaavn! ?? ?? please grant us our service maintenance requests ?? Show more

Saavan is always my go to music app. Always love the app. Lately it has been acting up as it will not play selected songs from the downloaded albums. Please look after this problem. Thank you. Show more

Almost everyday I regret that I purchased a saavn pro subscription. The app constantly goes into offline mode and won’t go back online. The app struggles to return to playing a song after another app’s audio is used. It’s such a waste to pay for a pro service and receive a lower quality experience than many free services. Show more

Please stop changing your music playlist. I pick a song and something else plays. This app is getting worse day by day

Very disappointing app. In the beginning it was great but with every update they make it more difficult to listen to your music. With this last update I’m not able to play my playlist anymore and customer service is the worst. They don’t respond at all. I’m not sure if it’s just another ploy to get everyone to purchase the pro account but what was available to you without the pro account you can no longer access. Show more

Islam pro member but every time my iPhone 13 locks the ongoing stop playing . Which makes this app un usable. Not happy. Please fix it ASAP

Before take over by jio its working fine and its support was also nice but after jio its not working proper all time it say not internet connection available, hang the app, not working properly I would say. Show more

Worked fine but after recent update, the app opens but doesn’t connect. Tried deleting and reinstalling but doesn’t work

Ofter the update which I guess supported car play all sorts of weird crashes and issues started to happen. When connected via car play anything I do on the car play it crashes. I have a side view camera that shows up when right indicator is turned on this app crashes most time. I had to disable it from car play list since it used to crash when trying to play anything. It also show no network even when I am on Wifi and all my other apps including Spotify and youtube are working. Show more

I’ve been using saavn for years and it worked wonderfully. But over the past few days the app just refuses to work. I’ve checked my internet connections, restarted my phone and app and everything but whenever I try to open my playlist or play any song it just gives me a blank white screen. That’s it:l. Show more

Many song on paid version is blocked which are available on other gaana app. No support. Don’t take paid version as it’s a scam!!!

Lately JioSaavn gives me error not connected to internet. I even deleted the app and reinstalled but it still complains about not connected to network. Please fix the bug. I am out of the app and cant even access my active subscription Show more

I’ve subscribed to this app ever since it began unfortunately now it’s hard to listen to music does not let you login with cellular data keeps prompting you to go online instead. Also submitted a customer service request on this weeks ago still no reply will unsubscribe if this continues Show more

I use saavn everyday and have no problem with it but today it keeps crashing and says unable to connect to internet when I am connected to WiFi and when I’m using data. Please fix this. Show more
