They’re trying to do too much. The swipe interface on the schedule is terribly sensitive. I keep swiping to other days when I’m trying to swipe to later in the day (stop trying to make swipe happen). The fonts in the schedule are small and difficult to see. In some cases, some bands’ names don’t even appear in the schedule because their set is too short, and their name can’t be displayed. Don't waste your time with this. Tried three times to sign in and it won't accept the confirmation codes they sent. Just print a schedule and carry it with you. Far more useful. Show more

Legit a horrible app

Planned my weekend with the app and had zero issues. Can we get a collaboration w/ friends feature?

Can’t read schedule screen in sunlight. Worst method of trying to personalize schedule since there has been an ACL app

Hangs. Continuous content loading screen. Restarted the app 20 times to no avail. Can’t believe in a town like Austin you can’t develop a competent mobile app. Not sure what’s worse, the engineering on this app or Axel Rose’s singing tonight... it’s a tie! Congratulations. Show more

The black and white schedule with minuscule fonts, especially for set times is ridiculously terrible. Almost feels like I bought tickets to a festival put on by the dudes at Fyre Festival Show more

Although connection is a little spotty at times during the festival, the app continues to show what artists are up next and always comes in handy! Along with a intuitive map, this app is extremely useful; highly recommend for anyone going to ACL! Show more

What genius decided to get rid of the paper map and schedule this year? At least you were smart enough to provide the .pdf for the map image, where’s the easy to view/read day by day schedule view!?!? Show more

Remarkably buggy. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all

The recent update helped fix a few issues, but it’s still a pretty useless app. If you click to view info on a specific food vendor there’s no way to go back without shutting the app down and reloading. Sad! Show more

The redesign is a downgrade from last year. The color is hard to read indoors, can’t imagine what it will be like in the sun. Crashes constantly. Is the best a high tech city like Austin can do!?!? Show more

This app is absolutely horrible! It constantly freezes and like other users mentioned you have to click multiple times for you to get to what you want to view. Way too many bugs for a so called “interactive” map for a major music festival. I’d rather just use pen & paper if I wanted to use something obsolete. Show more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This year is the worst ever - can’t customize the schedule, mark favorites or anything. I keep hoping that this will be updated by the time the festival starts but am giving up now. Too bad that the festival organizers aren’t listening. Show more

This years app version is buggy and non-responsive. Only a couple of band, out of many I plan to see, are being selected. Then the app freezes up. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it with no improvement. For the money ACL rakes in every year, you’d figure they would divert a little money to the app developers to create something better than well above, below average. Show more

If this app crashes one more time......

I am simply trying to make my picks for the weekend and the app keeps freezing. Not helpful

With any kind of privacy screen, the schedule screen will be next to impossible to see outdoors. Needs to be modified so it’s visible in bright sun.

Can't switch between calendar and list view. Only the first Friday schedule appears on calendar view. List view stops at K artists.
