Every year I hope Lolla will get its $#!+ together in regards to the app, and every year I'm disappointed. Things I'm continuously irritated by that never seen to improve: 1) Why do we need a new so every year?! I hate having to delete and install a new so each year...Just update the freaking app! 2) How is it that we use the same login information for both the app and the website, yet the two don't sync?! Why would I want to have a different personalized schedule/set of favorites on the app vs on the website?! The app should be an extension of the website, not a separate experience. This is easy to do and an obvious functionality. Huge miss. 4) Why can't I search for an artist?! If I want to look and see when/where a specific artist is playing, I shouldn't have to scroll through ever day's schedule until I find them. Again, a very simple and obvious feature that they dropped the ball on. 3) People go to Lolla in groups. They meet up with friends. Make it easier to share schedules and coordinate. Make this app actually a useful tool. Otherwise, I would just as soon print a custom schedule every day and bring it with me. That would be easier than trying to load the app everytime I want to see where I'm heading next... And I'd save battery and data! Try to add some value with your app! 4) There's no map in the app. Really?! I'm hoping this will come out in a future release as we get closer to the event. I'm pretty sure there was an app in past years. Still holding out hope for that piece. For as much money as your users spend on the event, the least you can do is to care about their experience on your digital platforms in this technological age. It doesn't really cost you any more to develop a quality digital experience. Show more

It has a lot of bugs. Shuts off suddenly. It won’t let me favorite any artists

Creating an account doesn’t work, I tried both the email and phone option and neither worked!

Please fix this app nothing works at all.

First of all you rarely get any service in the park so being on your phone to text and browse is pointless only phone calls will go through as long as all your friends phone are still on. App is slow and not user friendly it’s only good for looking before you arrive Show more

Woke up the morning of the festival to find the app update erased my schedule. Extremely inconvenient!

This App is great if you want to set your schedule the day before the fest starts and then pray they don’t update it before it ends. Otherwise, get ready to reset your schedule every time they update it. Cause when they do it wipes your saved schedule out. Guess that’s what happens when you hire preschoolers to manage your UX an UI. Show more

Database corruptions have happened more than once to me, forcing me to reset all of my schedule and go through all the artists again. But, the app is very helpful other than that specific thing. Show more

the app is helpful the weekend of but it has a terrible layout and constant glitches. would be so great if it just worked.

This app is a great companion to the #Lolla guest, great schedule and maps and all information for the weekend. And it's the schedule works in airplane mode when you're saving your battery! Show more

You need a message board. The notifications are not viewable once you open the app. This would be helpful to people who don't use social media.

Took forever to kid so I deleted and redownloaded the app again, but now it won't even go past the opening screen.. please update.

App is shoddy at best. Keeps opening up to a browser page about aftershows. I literally cannot do a thing in the app before it opens a browser tab.

the app never works, it takes forever to load and always crashes before I can even do anything on it. fix it please, then I might reconsider downloading it.

This app is the most poorly put together app I have ever seen.

I thought this app was pretty good last year. I like having maps and building my own schedule. Will this be updated for 2017?

you’re better off just loading the url on your phone along with a printout of the schedule. you can’t sync up your online selection — you have to manually select them all again on the app. doesn’t show them in the schedule lineup so you can see all other stages, just a long list. what’s the point? really pointless app. the scheduler isn't as interactive as i expected it to be and basically creates a list of the sets you're interested in. would be better if it was organized in rows to better see the overlapping times. i can easily make the bland list it creates in the notes app. also the fact that you can't use the app unless you have location services enabled is wild. the festival hasn't even started yet so why must you know where i am? the app design and layout was slapped together even though i'm sure preparations for the event began in 2015. should have done the same with the app. Show more
