I just keep getting a "Please connect to the internet" error message when I try to sign up, and I'm definitely connected to the web. I assume the servers are down, and I have no clue how long that's been an issue. Show more

Speaker sounds great and looks amazing. But it’s totally useless because of the defective app. Would rate this ZERO STARS if I could.

I’ve had a Zip speaker for 3 years and in that time the App has not improved. There is constant dropping of the speaker when using an IPhone 7. Updates for the phone may be the culprit. One would think Apple and the speaker maker would’ve figured this out. Year five, and the App is no better at working with IPhone 7. The same issues occur when an update is pushed to the phone. Just got and connected. Speaker is Awesome (once you get it connected ?). But, the app I downloaded does not look like the ones in the booklet nor in Youtube videos. It lacks all of the controls displayed in photos. WTH? Show more

can not choose/input country code,manually input get error. UX team did a great job

This app is quite literally useless. Can’t do anything on it. How are you gonna have an app as crappy as this but dish out some great speakers??

None of my ZIPPs ever show up in the Soundspace in the App under my account from any of my mobile devices (both Android and iOS). It’s already a pain just just to finally get my ZIPPs added to my Network. But one added (even though they don’t show up under my Soundspace), I can at least select them via AirPlay. However, one I reboot my iOS device (the one I added to the Network with), the none of my ZIPPs show up as an AirPlay option. I’d have to add them to my Network all over again. And yes, I’ve done a Factory Reset several times to no success. So very frustrating. Show more

I have used both an iPad and iPhone, however the software fails to detect my ZIPP 2 speaker. I have followed all trouble shooting advice on the website without success. This has cost the company the sale of an additional ZIPP 2 that I had planned to purchase to create a stereo pair. I can’t spend that much money if it will leave me stuck with two unpairable mono speakers. Show more

This app is garbage. Minimalism taken so far that there’s nothing left. I have no idea how to add radio stations. If there is a way, it’s hidden very well.

I find it too annoying that the developer wont be able to update their app because I can’t use the speaker through app anymore!!

This app is not working. I can open the app and select my speakers. But I can’t control the volume in neither of them. I have a zipp and a classic Lounge, both from 2012. Please fix this. Show more

I can’t add my product (something I’m having to constantly do) because when I get to the “add a product” screen it hides the next button. Totally blocked.

Support for DIva, Loop and the old Zipp disappeared!

App performance gets worse every update. Can no longer add my speakers to control them.

I just got this speaker and am unable to keep the app open while the speaker is playing music. The speaker seems nice but the app is garbage. Will probably try to get this setup using the app and never own it again if possible. Unable to do the most basic things due to the constant crashing. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Show more

With some trial-and-error, and perseverance, I was able to set up my Zipp 2 to work as an Airplay 2 speaker. Works fine with Spotify. Even set up Alexa. This must be an old version of Alexa, as it doesn’t support Apple Music. Wonderful. I pair my Zipp so it will work as a Bluetooth speaker for an Echo Dot, using the Alexa app. Works. Yay. So I can use a Dot to play through the Zipp, with attendant Bluetooth degradation. Not sure it matters. I might also just use AUX to connect them, although I doubt it will make much real world difference. Anyway, after all this fun, I go to the Zipp app, and whenever I select my speaker, it crashes. Every time. So I am glad it’s more or less ok and God help me if I want to add a new speaker. Seriously, if I ever again need to use the app again to do anything to my current speaker, I guess I’m hosed. I’ll try deleting and redownloading. I would suggest users set it up as an Airplay 2 speaker using Apple’s own interface and forget this terrible app. Show more
