Speakers aren’t detected after latest update (11/6/19). Only on 13.1.1 and Xs.

My zipp2 started randomly dropping connection. Now I cannot get it to set after a factory reset. Dead in the water.

Works poorly at my one house with connection cutting in and out but does not recognize either speaker at my second place. Used to work ok but now when i open the app I have to add either mini as a new speaker. It recognizes my network but afterwards gives me an error message and won’t add either speaker. Would not buy again. Show more

For a while after the Airplay 2 update, I was reasonably happy with these, after having them drive me crazy for over a year. Now I can never use them unless I turn both all the way off and then on again. I’ll restore them back to factory settings AGAIN and just wait for the problem to come back. I will never buy or recommend a product from this company again. ?? Show more

Absolutely LOVE the sound of the Zipp2. Incredible clarity with real bass. The app needs improvement though. Lacking basic features like showing the current battery percentage and can be buggy at times. Please improve the app! If the app were better, I would have already bought a second one. Show more

Hi 1-Disability to reduce the volume of the radio by the mobile!!!??? 2-After ending Sleep timer,speaker go to sleep!!! it should be TURN OFF not SLEEP!!!? 3-Add Battery percentage to App and Alarm full charge and near empty battery charge ? 4-Inconsistency between volume control percentage with sound play !!!? 5-Add turn on/off speaker by App...?? This is a lovely speaker but the app needs a lot of work. Here is a list of bugs that I’m experiencing: 1) app randomly exits speaker settings without any action 2) app says low battery even though speaker is fully charged and verified by my phone. 3) app says speaker is on another network which is impossible, I only have one network. Then there are improvements I would suggest: 1) how about a battery % somewhere in the app, that tiny battery level is illegible. 2) all of these graphics in Settings (giant clock for timer but you have to click to adjust it, weird waves image for Voicing) are useless...minimize the design and have more relevant information for the device. The app always notifies that battery is low even when it is 100%. At least is what on top indicator shows when I tap power button - fully charged. But not in the app. Tiny battery icon shows about 50% at that same moment. Show more

Lots of custom UI in this app but it’s buggy and some features are missing. Kicking the user back to the first screen every time the app is foregrounded is annoying. Also, the + button to add to favorites is missing. Overall, I’d rather have an app that works well and uses standard UIKit components instead of something that’s half baked but looks unique (though to be fair, a lot of the look is borrowed from the Home app). Has potential but isn’t a joy to use. Show more
