Not a waste of time or money
Tuner is pretty good for 2 bucks. I like using it to tune my flute because it's really accurate.

    Great App
Love it because, I can tune my guitar myself and don't have to wait on someone to do it for me which is forever. However, there is a noticeable delay in response to get it perfect. A permanent app for me. Wish it could be faster in getting the perfect setting. Keep on improving this app. It great. Show more

    Tuned piano in 2 hrs
The piano was just too far off. Out came the old 'art of piano tuning' book. Yes, I lack a lot in the experience department for tuning. Man, counting the beats is hard. Then the' there has to be a better way ' thought comes along . This app is the better way. It works well on the mid range. As noted, high and low octaves are hard for the app, but you know what, my ear has the same problem too... Double checked with the tuning fork and the ascending 4ths and 5ths test. I am very happy with the results , the piano sounds great. Five stars! Show more

    A
This is so easy to work with especially in A major band!

    Pretty sweet
I like this very much and use it on a daily basis. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there's a pretty noticeable delay in response to a pitch making it a little harder to get it perfect. Overall great tuning app, but meant to be more of a strobe on the road, not a permanent tuner Show more

    Good tool
I have only used this a few days. I am flutist, and I just recently purchased a $100 Boss tuner so I could work on accuracy of pitch. I couldn't believe a $.99 app could be as effective. Boy, am I surprised. It is just as accurate. I like the fact that I can also see a representation of how loud/soft the note is, because part of my process right now is to decrescendo on a note without losing pitch..quite difficult to learn. I would have given this 5 stars, except for four things: 1. The box that moves back and forth to indicate flat/sharp seems erratic in its movement, so I find it distracting. 2. The numbers that tell you % flat/sharp are so far from center, as to require too much eye movement to see them.. So again, distraction rather than help. 3. I often work on octaves, since this is set up to work on the frequency of the pitch, it has to roll across 7 notes to get to the next octave and the note names at the top spin across and I find that distracting, too. 4. No help option. I wish I understood the peaking waves at the bottom better. Or at least, no OBVIOUS help button. To overcome the distraction, I usually set up both my Boss tuner and this one when I want to work on pitch. Over all, it's totally worth the purchase, and is a good way to work on pitch without a big expense. If you are just starting out, try it before spending a lot of money on the other ones. Show more

    Good app.
This tuner works very well, I recently purchased a 100 dollar tuner (well I didn't my band director did for me) anyway its works almost as good

    Worked somewhat.
Was not accurate. Ended up popping a string. Disappointed in spending the .99.

    Good app
The tuner is very accurate, but the animation for switching pitches is annoying. I find that I'm holding the note out long enough that it starts to go flat before the tuner tells me if the note is even in tune. Show more
