Well now, I am teaching myself hoe to play guitar with this great app. Doing it at my pace- on my time, and at my speed. Loving it so far. I purchased the app a few day's ago,first of all, for the price,it's a steal! I have seen others for 20 times the amount and it does not have all the features and benefits that this app has. And being a beginner that has alway's wanted to play a guitar...I love it!!!! It really makes it simple to learn, and eager for me to Come home from work and start on the next lessons. I play various styles of music on bass, drums, and lead guitar since I was 15, and I've been in various bands over the last 30 years. I'm also self taught, a God given ability to play anything that I can hear. Over the years I've taken it upon myself to do self taught lessons and theory, but somehow after a couple of weeks, the discipline wears off and I stop. But with this app, something totally amazing happens. It's almost as if you have a great teacher standing there with you encouraging you and making you want to come back for more. I just started the app/lessons three days ago,and because of my experience I'm already on lesson #4, and that's because I decided to take a break. **At that rate, a total beginner to the guitar would do very well. The lessons are written so clearly and very friendly. The way that each new lesson is introduced to you makes you feel very confident in memorizing what you've previously learned...totally incredible. I now already feel like I'm becoming more of a complete musician theory-wise as two of my children already are, both being advanced theory musicians, with the youngest at 14 reading music and performing on three instruments, piano, drums/percussion and bass guitar.... This app is totally amazing and an absolute gold-mine...The knowledge that you're gaining at such a small cost is literally a steal...Buy this App **If you are a beginner, follow all of the directions given in each lesson completely.
