Love Sting, so this app was "don't think, just download" for me. Great retrospective of his career. Only downside is that concert video won't play on iPad itself. It appears designed for streaming to your AppleTV via AirPlay, but there is a "continue on iPad" option that makes me think that you should be able to watch it on the iPad. However, selecting that option just drops you out of the app. Show more

A great mix of oldies and brand new content like the sixtieth birthday concert at the Beacon theater in October 2011. Fabulous version of Fragile by Stevie Wonder. The timeline is rich and varied. Sting fans and others should download in a hurry. Show more

I'd rather a concert video that I could purchase on iTunes rather than this lame app. Lots of eye candy, not a lot of substance. Sad, as I have been a long time fan. Some things don't need an app- they need a video. Show more

Thank you for the recent update which took care of the bug of there not being any sound. App now works great and we are enjoying this wonderful music.

My previous review was critical of this App. The upgrade (1.1) corrected all the errors. The App now works as intended. This is one of the most amazing experiences available on the iPad. I encourage any fans of Sting to download and relive the music and the man who created it for the world to experience. I also encourage those who are not familiar with Sting to try his music through this App. Beyond the music you will learn about one of our generations true geniuses. My words are inadequate to describe the greatness of Sting, his lyrics, his fellow musicians and his passion for mankind. Show more

No sound with this App. What is up with that?

This app took forever to load. Looks like it will play ok but no sound. I was really looking forward to checking it out.

Thank you to the reviewer who discovered and shared the "secret" to getting this app to run! Switching to Airplane Mode before starting the App does the trick. Once it starts, turn off Airplane Mode! I would have given 5 stars based on the content in this App but the initial frustration at getting it to run deserves a deduction. The videos from the Birthday concert are amazing! Bruce "owns" I Hung My Head as far as I'm concerned. I'm not a big Gaga fan but she's got some serious musical chops and they are on display here. I was not that familiar with Rufus Wainright before, but he is superb! And what a surprise about Robert Downey, Jr. I ran the whole video and did not look at the guest artist names first. When he was on I had no idea it was him. He did a great job. Show more

Was really looking forward to this app...unfortunately after loading this app twice, still no luck getting past the app/title screen.

What's the point if the concert does not load? Please fix this!

Worked fine for me

I just downloaded the app without a problem. Sound is available with headphones and well worth it.

Fix it please looks like it would be something to keep,but if it don't I may as well delete .I'll try for a few days !!!

App never loads

I'm enjoying the exploration of this app's content. The interface is well thought-out and engaging. Love the content. Very much do not like the 442MB download for every update.
