    Works good but not with SiriusXM
    I love the Samsung radiant speakers, and this app works pretty well until a new release breaks the Sirius XM compatibility. Samsung, please fix this, as app release 4145 is broken again with SiriusXM. I will reevaluate my rating once this bug is fixed. Also, unfortunately this doesn’t work with Apple Music, so another request for a new feature is to develop compatibility with Apple Music. Show more

    WORST APP EVER!
    What a total waste of money to buy 3 Samsung speakers that don’t work because the app is horrendous and is not updated! NO ONE AT Samsung cares, and they continue to sell the speakers to take people for hundreds of dollars!!! GET THIS APP FIXED!!!! Show more

    Location access for no reason
    Latest update refuses to work without location access. Previous versions worked fine without it. I’m surprised this passed apples App Store testing.

    App from Retardistan..or from hell
    I haven't seen such an inept and moody app. It's anyone's guess if it's going to work today or not. Also... what possessed the high school dropout dev to make location mandatory? Previous version was just fine without it. Why does Scamsung need the location of my iPad at all times???? Am I susceptible of flying into space? This is one purchase I regret the most: the so-called"smart speakes" . They removed functionality over time and forced users to put up with this garbage. Never again Scamsung... that was my last purchase from you. Show more

    Multiroom is nice, and a little grumpy.
    Samsung Multiroom when it works is great. But every once in a while (one or twice a week) it will lose connection with the wireless router. Usually reconnecting is no problem (on/off wireless router and it reconnects) but rarely (once a year) a complete reboot of the system and speakers is required. Also I have 8 (eight) radiant speakers all except one connect all the time. The one delinquent speaker has the latest software but appears to be on it’s “own network”. Resets result in the one speaker or the other 7 (seven) speakers being connected. Maybe it’s got different hardware? Show more

    What a sad product.
    Once a year. That’s how often Samsung updates this mess. Good luck getting it to connect to even the most expensive of Samsung's soundbars (HW-K950). Hit the web to see other exasperated users asking related questions, or just keep reading these reviews. Then stay away from Samsung soundbars forever. Or at least until this interface gets fixed. 3/22/2020 Update: Still a sad and sordid mess. And your product support is awful. Show more

    The worst app ever written. Just sits there with a spinning circle. Needs to be updated....or better yet, the code needs totally rewritten.

    Surround sound setup is horrible
    Constantly loses surround sound settings and navigating to that setup is difficult at best.

    Please update for iOS13!
    I keep having to delete and reinstall the app because it can’t find the wifi. Once I reinstall, it seems to reboot and is then able to find the wifi network. Also, I had two speakers grouped and working fine as audio for my Samsung TV, but now it doesn’t work for two speakers and I can only use one. Thanks! Show more

    Cannot connect to Amazon Music
    I had this same problem with SiriusXM not long ago. It’s upsetting to pay for Amazon Music and not be able to play it on my R1 speakers. Also experiencing problems with other online services. I can load music from my laptop or iPad and it will play continuously. If I am logged into an online service it will play for a brief period of time and drop the connection. I have to go back and re-select the service from the program page. I have a high-speed digital Internet connection, so my service is not a problem. Show more

    Amazon Music & SiriusXM not working
    I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE EVER BUYING ANYTHING SAMSUNG!!! EVER AGAIN. At least announce if you have abandoned this platform! It’s the Adult thing to do. One music source at a time is failing. It appears Samsung has abandoned this platform since the last update was over 8 months ago and calling Tech Support and being on hold forever only increases the frustration level. Show more

    Awful.
    No support from Samsung. I have 4 R3 and 8 R1. Useless app no longer works with Amazon Music. Crashes relentlessly when try to stream from my music library. Doesn’t stay connected. Groups ungroup all the time. Ridiculous. S Show more

    Does not work with HW-N850 or HW-N950
    Have both sound bars and have spent hours trying to get this app to work with them. Please fix.

    Working now on iPad
    Initially downloaded the mobile version and not iPad. Not sure what caused this and never knew there were 2 apps but is full screen again and amazon music is logging in normally. Thanks Show more

    Pandora
    Very disappointed. I set the app up on my phone, connected it to my new sound bar, and started listening to Pandora and it sounded and worked great. 15 minutes later it just stopped. Now after several attempts of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it will no longer connect to Pandora. I have tried the same steps with my iPad, and get the same results. Clicking on app support is just a joke. Show more
