    SiriusXM doesn’t work
    Keep getting an incorrect password message when I know for sure it’s not incorrect.

    Support Your Product!
    I bought speakers for myself and for my daughter so we could stream Sirius music. Just after I bought the speakers the app quit working. I noticed this app hasn’t been updated in over seven months despite numerous complaints from several dissatisfied customers with exactly the same problem. Why would I want to buy a Galaxy Note9 if this is how Samsung supports their products? Show more

    Does not support Apple Music
    If you have the Apple Music subscription will not play any of the songs downloaded using wi fi.

    SiriusXM still not working....
    And many complaints on Samsung’s own forum. They’re aware of it-just don’t care enough to fix it. Great speakers crippled by lousy app.

    Worst App Ever. Really.
    So limited in functionality. Search engine from the early 90’s (I’m guessing). Best to create play list on your preferred service. Otherwise it’s way to slow and inaccurate to find anything. To all those who asked “can I give it zero stars”, I can only say me too. Sad as speakers are really quite nice. SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Show more

    ALERT: Not Sirius XM’s Fault, but SXM DOES NOT WORK
    We have 5 Samsung MultiRoom R1 speakers (and 1 still in the box) located throughout our home, mostly streaming Pandora. Today frustration levels peaked when I attempted to log into Sirius XM, only to get the dreaded ‘username and password incorrect’ message after several attempts. Reading other reviews, I now realize what a big mistake it was to invest in these speakers. Next on tap... speakers that are SiriusXM and Alexa compatible. These Samsung speakers have proven to be a waste of money. Show more

    Issues with SiriusXM still persist
    I just bought a new vehicle, and it came with SiriusXM. When I found out the Samsung Multiroom App had a SiriusXM login, I was thrilled. After repeated attempts to get it to work, the thrill went right out the window. After checking various forum posts on Samsung’s website, I found out I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve loved the app up until this point, but won’t raise my rating until this is fixed. Avoid buying Samsung if you were hoping to stream SiriusXM at home. Show more

    The app is fine just a convoluted setup
    API Key for App is invalid ! This is the message you get when trying to login to your Amazon Music Prime Unlimited. This makes you unable to stream your Amazon Music over WiFi to the R1 speaker. Called support and they basically reset everything from my router, iPad, App and R1 speaker ! it still failed to work ! An hour wasted dealing with someone who was basically using a script and would not admit it was an app software problem. Will Samsung remedy this ? We shall see. To produce a great concept and then not have decent software is unbelievable as this can only hurt Samsung's reputation and future sales. I resolved this issue by using an Android tablet and here I was able to login to Amazon Prime unlimited and successfully stream it over wifi. It would appear the iOS app is faulty ?. Let's see if Samsung can get this app running like they are capable of. Show more

    No App Support for SiriusXM issues
    Was working fine for years, but in the last six months Sept 2017 - Jan 2018 SiriusXM not working when ALL other music sources working without any problem. I have tried to work with Tech Support, but I am told they do not support their Apps only their Hardware/Devices. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I invested in 8 WAM1500 speakers so I could listen to SiriusXM throughout my home. When it was working it was great. Now they are nothing but very expensive Boat anchors. Show more

    Going Downhill
    Update on January 6, 2017: App will not work with SiriusXM. Not sure what changed. Nothing in my SiriusXM account changed. Awful. I like the app when it is fully working. It cannot speakers that were previously in a group and the interface with SiriusXM is very hit or miss. On Christmas Day, I could log into SiriusXM but cannot now. App says that my ID and password are wrong but I can log into my SiriusXM app with same password. This app could be so much better if it worked consistently. Show more

    Update for i Pad that is supposed to fix bugs won’t even update!! Nice try on the bug fix!! Probably won’t buy any more Samsung products!!

    May be okay with a Samsung mobile device
    This app is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. It may work with a samsung mobil device, but with IPad it will glitch out about every other day from my experience. Called customer support 2xs since I have had this. First time was told that I would be on a brief hold, and after 20 min of holding, I got hung up on... They did ask for a call back number, but never actually called me back after hanging up. 2nd time was a while later, since I had such a bad taste in my mouth from the first time... I got transferred 3 times to the department that could help. The 3rd time, they tried transferring me to the first department I started in. I hung up because I didn't have time to deal with another 40 minutes of getting the run around. Show more

    Frustrating
    Crashes constantly... very frustrating to spend money on sound bar and have this app limit ability to use it.

    Recent Update to Multiroom
    FYI - New update works great on Android (Amazon Music too) so I uninstalled Multiroom on iPad and then reinstalled. Seems to fix the bugs with Amazon Music invalid APIKey message and connection is stable. Wheeewwww...Glad everything is working again as I really do enjoy using the Radiant360 speakers. Thanks!     I feel ripped off and constantly lied to by Samsung
    More Amazon Prime info please. Don't see any changes; not sure what 'where available' means. I bought the whole ecosystem: TVs, Sound Bar, Multi room. Support no help and none of it works like you would expect. Sound bar hiss, bluetooth skips on all, Remote works one day then not the next. Support knows less than the community. Screencast is gone and other photo viewing is so slow. All hype, but none of it works for what you want. Show more

    Worst device, app and customer service
    Won't work with Sirius XM online app, update to app made it unusable. The customer service basically reads the exact troubleshooting instructions to you and has no real knowledge of the device, the app or anything. I regret my purchase! Show more
