5 star app until the latest update. Auto scroll does NOT work! Fix the auto scroll for IPad. Worse...no reply, no response from “support “. So frustrating as I loved the app when it worked. Show more

It seems this app is no longer supported. Auto scroll quit working a few months ago and there is no response from their support. So look elsewhere if you need a song library app. Show more

I was very excited about this app when I first purchased it. I could find a song that I wanted to learn as I am not good at playing by ear. One part of the app that I loved and was essential for me was the auto scroll. It was nice to be able to play the song without having to stop playing because of auto scroll. One day the auto scroll stopped working and it made this app useless in the sense that I have to stop playing so I can manually scroll to the next section. If wasn’t for the auto scroll part, I would give this app 5 stars. If you can play without the auto scroll, then this app is ok. I cannot l play without the auto scroll so for me, this app is not that useful. If the developers address the issue, I would come back and give it 5 stars and an entirely different review. Show more

Auto scroll feature don’t work with new OS and developer ignores request to resolve.

I’ve used this app for years and loved its features and variety of song versions. However the auto scroll feature which is kind of important for song playing has stopped functioning I have written to support twice about it...cue the crickets. Show more

This feature just stopped working! No FAQ support, no email response, nothing. Very disappointed

95% of the times I’ve tried to use this app (I paid for the “pro” level mind you) I get an “Error [unknown] contacting server” notice. My internet is working fine. I’ve also tried using my data plan with wi-fi turned off, tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, nothing works. They list an email address to contact if the problem persists. I’ve sent numerous emails without response or resolution. If I had to wager a guess, I’d bet they didn’t properly plan their bandwidth requirements for people trying to use their service and we’re all essentially DDoS’ing them with too many requests. Not how you run a service or treat your pro level users. Show more

I have written for help and as some others have mentioned, auto scroll for iPad and iPhone don’t work. Why no one is updating or answering or at least updating is crazy. I will change my rating if someone will get back with me. Show more

Regret purchase. Autoscroll does not work on my iPad and iPhone. FAQ does not address. No reply from email.
