On multiple different devices and internet connections that can play other streaming services in 4K without a problem, the content on this app is so low resolution I can barely see who is performing. Frustrating as it seems like there’s an amazing selection of concerts id love to see. Show more

I tried this out and found it to be lacking in a lot of ways and expensive. It’s more expensive then some of the other streaming apps out there.

If the primary content a company is presenting is concerts the bare minimum quality should be in HD. It is so disappointing to find this amazing content only to watch it in potato quality with terrible audio. So this is great idea and there is tons of great content. I use the Quello app on my appletv. But, here are some issues that unless fixed will cause me not to renew next year. One, the fact that you cannot restart a concert from the beginning once you start watching it. Yes, you can pick from songs but then it does not play without a blackout screen from one song to the next and interrupts the concert viewing experience. Also there is limited fast forward or reverse while watching a show. Show you have to slowly reverse back to the beginning if you are towards the end of the show to get back to the start. Two, less than half of the content is in HD. Even shows that are recent. 90% of the content should be in HD. SD on an app like this shouldn’t be the norm. Three, and most importantly, the sound quality is terrible. Most of the shows sound like they are coming from a tin can and have a digital compressed sound. None of the shows are in Dolby Digital. This is a problem that really hurts this app and makes watching the shows from home and on your surround sound unbearable. This needs to be addressed otherwise this $80 a year subscription is not worth the money. If nothing else, sound quality and delivery should be the priority of this concert experience. Lastly, understandably with COVID there have been no shows in the last year and a half. But there is little to no new content being added. So once you get through the content you like, the app isn’t worth the year long commitment. Show more

Great concerts international bands & great classic rock! Plus, All the bands I missed over the years. Great audio and video. Worth every $1.

The Catalog of music documentaries is the best I have seen. I will say that paying for the upgraded plan is worth it. We originally did the trial thru prime and downloaded the app on our phone. The trial was limited on the selection compared to what the app on our phone said so we loaded the stand alone Qello platform to our smart tv and love it Show more

Love all the music for my ever changing moods

Two things about the Apple TV app. If you jump to say track 3 of a concert, when that’s done, there’s a one second drop out before the next track rather than playing smoothly like a CD or DVD. The other is, there is no way to scan ffwd in a concert. Just 10 sec skips. Show more

It looks like they are adding more and more concerts over time. The documentaries are great as well. You get the best seat in the house.

Great App, but dont support HomePod audio on appletv!!

I have a fully paid subscription for this app—it worked great initially during the free trial and once I started paying for it none of the concerts will play. When I press “play full concert”, it plays a 2min preview of the concert and tell me to subscribe to watch the whole thing. When I try to subscribe it confirms I am still subscribed but I can’t watch anything Show more

This app is very easy to navigate and the subscription service is great! Lots of amazing content!

That's how I search and watch all of my concerts and would be awesome to find these concerts using in the built in search functions. Amazon shows some of these but would be amazing if qello had it natively Show more

Audio cannot be transmitted from the Apple TV app to the HomePod. Rather, AirPlay works normally.

I love concerts, but am not a fan of crowds. This has been such a wonderful source for seeing amazing shows without having to deal with the people aspect. A lot of older shows that I would have loved to have been a part of. Thank you for making such wonderful bits of music history available to the masses. Show more
