Currently on the free trial and enjoying the shows I’ve started with, however it’s irritating that I cannot chrome cast on to my tv. This makes using my phone while playing shows extremely difficult. Ultimately I will not pay for this content until I can chrome cast. Show more

For some reason the audio in this app produces a wheezy strange distortion in all concerts I have played. The distortion comes through at the side surround channels only. Apple tv with avr5308 outlaw 7900 amp and boston acoustics bt apeakers. To add insult to injury I tried the free trial, but got roped into a $100 non returnable membership days in. Show more

Disappointed when I can’t find groups like highly suspect, ghost BC, or an old group like UFO. Need to expand selection.

It has a great selection and awesome interface but for some reason I can’t get it to run in the background. There’s some concerts on here that you can’t find recordings of and I was hoping to be able to listen without having my phone open and the video playing. I hope either there’s something I’m doing wrong or that the app adds this to its features very soon. I am currently on the free trial and would seriously consider subscribing but for myself this is a deal breaker. Other than that there’s an amazing selection, Qello has wonderful quality, its just missing something that I would love to see app do. Thanks qello. Keeping my fingers crossed ! Show more

Great concerts, great value ... for a fraction of one Xfinity bill you can get a year of great concerts!! A no brainer.

I am using Apple TV and saw a banner inside the app to subscribe for $7.99 after trial, yet when I subscribed, that option was not available and $11.99 is the new rate. So, you should either honor that rate or remove or change the banner to reflect your new pricing. I’m sure this was an honest mistake though. Show more

One thing that really annoys me about a product is when they constantly pester you for a review, many times before you even get the product

Can’t convert your account from a free trial.

When you register in the app it states that you’ll receive a 7-day trial then it’s $7.99/month after that. When you register, it wants to charge $11.99. They are falsely advertising their subscription price. Once I receive the $7.99/month and their advertisement is resolved, I’d be happy to re review and increase my rating. Show more
