    Awesome!
I have several of these fretboard apps and this one is the most customizable. You can practice on specific notes or strings. Nicely done

A must have for any aspiring guitarist!
This app is absolutely wonderful! I have been playing keyboard for over 20 years and just recently started learning guitar. The one thing every guitarist should know is their neck! This tool will help you. Don't be one of those musicians who can play great but doesn't know where the notes are. This app will build your confidence and you will help you to truly memorize the fretboard. Show more

    Would Like to Limit Frets
Good little app with a nice interface. One suggestion. I'd like to choose how many frets to include in the game. My teacher is having me start with just the first four frets and this app makes it hard to focus there. Show more

    Awesome!!
Exactly what I was looking for. A fun and effective way to learn your way around the fretboard.

Simple and gets the job done
Very simple and to the point. Worth 99 cents. I know most of the notes in one week.

    Great tool!
This app is great! I recommend it for all guitarist. This app will help you learn all the notes on the fretboard! You can choose your practice time, what notes you want to learn on any or all strings. It really helps, I use this any chance I get and before you know it, it will become second nature to you, you will know all the notes on the fretboard! Show more

    Nice app
I rarely pay for apps, but to learn the fretboard quickly this is a great way. One or 2 minute drills are super easy to fit into the day. I wish the fret spacing was more consistent with an actual guitar neck, but it's tough to fit 12 frets on the screen as it is. Some visual options for the neck would be nice also, but that's just getting fancy. Tones to accompany the notes could also be a nice option for getting the ear in tune. Show more

Strings and fret colors cause eye strain
Not a bad app. however, the strings and fret colors are too close and a bright silver. So you end up in this tightly packed grid of criss crossing silver lines that is so close together you can't count frets without losing track or getting eye strain. Also, there appears to be no way to make fret numbers display. There are better options..but this app has great potential with a few graphic changes and the ability to limit the breadth of the fretboard displayed. Show more

Must have for all level of musicians
Learn your instrument, improve the speed of not recognition, or simply play it as a game, this app is a must have for guitarists of all levels. My only gripes/recommendations would be: 1) give an alternate orientation for the notes so I can use it with one hand and a thumb. 2) make an option so you can't accidentally hit notes you've turned off in the options 5 stars, though. The app is pretty perfect. Show more
