Not reliable, disconnects from WiFi

App and universal control are updated to latest versions but the app won’t stay connected.

For years this has been stable system for our church. Using SL -remote and Q mix is essential as we often do not have a dedicated sound person. This update has ruined everything, I've gone through all the steps mentioned on the presonus site. Updated UC to 1.7.5.5 completely removed all presonus software and re-installed. Reinstalled the apps...nothing works. I'm locked out of the SL-Remote and Q-mix even though the connection is there, no device is shown on the Remote Devices: in setup within Studiolive Show more

Thanks for sinking a bunch of venues all at once Presonus. Horrible idea releasing this before it is time. Sad day, need to start looking elsewhere for better brand.

Works now, but after 64 bit update, still doesnt fit screen. Very small. Ability to save mix would be nice. Low rating bc PreSonus clearly has no plans to keep their apps updated. Took 5 years to update this one and it's still not good. Show more

Forcing the control terminal to update along with everyone else was a poor choice. Our sound board computer will not support the update, and now I, along with several others, are unable to connect. This makes it very difficult, and it makes the system useless. Please re-release the old version in a separate application for users like us who are unable to update the terminal. Until then, a 1 star review will remain. Show more

Thanks for finally updating Presonus but now we can't use the app at all. It's just all grayed out. Please fix ASAP!! Update: tech support is terrible. I was finally able to speak with a tech after being in hold for an hour. They tried to help but we weren't able to install the new Universal Control and even if we did, the layout on iPhone 7+ is terrible. Show more

Don't forget to update master controller.

Very frustrating with it not working for these new updates. but you have to update the universal control software on your computer then it will recognize your devices.

Since updating my device does not show up on computer to be assigned and I can't adjust any mix even though it says it's connected. The display doesn't fill the entire screen either and seems slightly out of focus. Presonus you guys are great and I know you're working on the issue. Thanks for supporting such an old product! Those in the band who didn't update, were fine. The two of us that did the update had issues: Everything is greyed out and can't adjust anything. It seems the two of us were linked. Our engineer couldn't separate our profiles. Either we both had my profile or we both had his. UI doesn't fit the screen anymore. 64-bit is needed and necessary but the app is completely unusable after the update. Show more

We updated QMix per your recommendations and now it does not work. Help!!!

Please fix!!! This is getting annoying, we need this for our praise and worship at church. The update is hurting our live music!

Frustrated

The last iteration was certainly buggy, but we just felt with it. The 64-bit version is broken. It does not work. If you haven't already updated DON'T! Unless your FOH engineer is cool to mix your monitors for you... Show more

It was working great until the update. Now it won't work period and now the screen is 1/4 of the size. Fix this please

1.4.5 update: Screen layout and resolution is still terrible. Seriously, have you even opened this in a live environment?? 1.4 update: Well, it's usable now but it might use half the screen on a plus model phone, which makes it very difficult to use. Did you guys use a iPhone 3G to test this or something??? Your up to 2 stars Original: Appreciate the update to 64-bit. Unfortunately it constantly crashes now. I'm unable to even adjust the "me" volume. The resolution is totally off for the display (6s+) Parts of the display, especially after a screen rotate, are off screen. Gear icon to change setting and define "me" seems the be missing at time. When it is there it doesn't consistently work. I'll try to continue to update as I find more Show more
