This version totally messed up our system. Can't assign aux to individual devices. We change one and they all change except the ones that didn't upgrade. Presonus - please fix this.!! Show more

I am experiencing everything that the fellas below are experiencing. Please Fix

This was a great and reliable app until the update on 7/28/17. Now it connects with the StudioLive 16.0.2 but you're not able to make any changes, making the app useless. The app interface looks shrunken and doesn't fill up the whole screen. This made our 7/29 show very difficult to play and the front-of-house guy wasn't able to mix. PreSonus please fix this ASAP. 8/1/17 - The app update makes the app functional now. However, the interface still looks different and doesn't fill the whole screen. Also when pairing multiple iPhones with Universal Control, if you change one phone to control Aux 1, it changes all phones to Aux 1. You should of course be able to independently assign each iPhone to a separate Aux channel. Show more

Please update this thing. Believe it or not there are still a ton of people out here still using it. I hate being the drummer behind a drum shield trying to relay to the one sound guy who already has enough on his hands, to take time to adjust my ears. He gets enough of that from the singers. Just put the control back in our hands please. Show more

The app, when open, turns your phone into a paperweight and then has no functionality whatsoever. Church was considering updating to a new Presonus or getting a different console soon, now the choice is new console. Maybe switching to a company that tests their apps before they release since we rely heavily on these apps for any function. Show more

We have a 16.4.2 and use the app for our in ears monitors and after the update the app is useless and we cannot make any changes.

User interface is now too small (doesn't fill up the entire screen), FOH engineer is forced to mix monitors from his position at FOH due to the user not being allowed to control his or her mix. Please fix this ASAP!! Show more

The app worked great until July 2017. Now, can't change auxes on individual devices without it changing in all devices. Should have just left it alone.

I agree with the other review on this update. The 7/28/17 update rendered the app useless in addition to not being able to make changes, when setting aux access on the console side it changes all connected devices instead of letting you set it for individual devices. Example: iPhone 1 connects, set it to Aux 3. IPhone 2 connects, set it to Aux 4. iPhone 2 and iPhone 1 change to Aux 4. Please fix. This made our sound check pretty hectic and monitors weren't able to be dialed in. Show more

App was alright before the latest update. The update didn't fix anything though, and it actually ruined the app (see other comments). Before that though the last update was 2013 and the app was already suffering from memory leaks and other bugs that would cause it to crash. Stay away from this product until they put in some real work. Show more

The screen is shrunk down and won't let me make any changes! It's a good thing that the whole band isn't using this app. Our worship service would be in real trouble. Show more

Need this to work with our classic PreSonus mixer! Please support your customers.

iOS is going to block any app running if it is not updated to 64bit come iOS 11 at which point this app will not run at all. Currently runs but crashes a lot and badly needs updating. Please update so that we can continue to use this with our sound board! Show more

This app does what it's designed to do when it's not crashing. It continuously force closes and freezes. I've used it on several different devices, but the outcome is the same. I don't think this company has any desire to update the app to support the newer devices or newer iOS. Show more

A great app, we use it for our band. However, it doesn't work well with iOS 10. Needs to be updated!!!!
