    Problem with flac files
I really enjoy the interface and the program is easy to use, however the program doesn’t recognize the genre tag when importing flac files nor will it update the genre tag for flac files when you try to make an edit of the genre tag. Could the bug please be addressed in an update? Show more

Does not fully work with videos
The app does not allow one to add a movie rating tag like R, PG, PG-13 etc.

    Works on Video Files Too!
I’ve used this to edit the meta-data for music and it works like a charm, easy to use etc etc. I’ve tested this on a copy of a small music collection first and did as expected. BUT THEN, I decided to use this on movie files and it does the same exact thing (but isn’t advertised). I’m very particular with my digital movie collection, and couldn’t get rid of the annoying meta data for my movie files until using this program. For example, when I would open a movie file in VLC, the file name would be "My Cool Movie.m4v" but under VLC it would show up like "my.cool.movie.720p-BD-xvid-blah-blah" or "My Cool Series Season 1 Disc 1". No big deal? Not really because this meta data would also mess with my Plex Media Server way too much. So there is a setting to “Use File Name” to set the title meta data, and you can save to all and over write the files in place instead of copying a bunch of files to a new directory. It took a while to modify the meta data on many movie files, but it was worth it (1700 movies, about 8 hours). Ensure you have a back up of your data first to ensure no data loss just in case. Keep up the great work developer, def worth the $6. Show more

Well designed, works well, only one minor frustration
The interface is clean and fairly well designed. It has some nice features like the ability to create templates and automate the application of specific text, or a leading portion of the file name to various fields. One frustration is that none of my changes to preferences (such as customizing the toolbar or the tag fields to be displayed) ever stick. They are reset to the default every time I launch the app. It’s hard to believe that the product would have ever been release with this flaw, as it is a total failure of the feature. So, perhaps it’s unique to my installation. But, it’s a drawback for me, hence the four-star rating. It would have been five stars otherwise. Show more

    3.0.1 is Working
This is an update from my last review. The newest version 3.0.1 works. They fixed the problems that 3.0.0 had. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do not buy this until a new update is released (Current version is 3.0.0). App Transport Security is not allowing app to get metadata or image on music. VERSION 3.0.0 DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. Show more

Meh - More Trouble Than It’s Worth
Downloaded as an update to the previous version (which I was very happy with), now artwork will not download for ANY file. Buyer beware!

    Terrible
The basic features are not offered. If you need to use file name to create tags, you better learn regular expressions. My windows rename tag program 10 years ago had a simple drag and drop editor. Don’t waste your money. Show more

Perfect for what it is for
It does exactly what I need it to do. Adds the art and other info I need to my MP3 files.

Little to no value over editing the same information in iTunes
I was a sucker and paid $6 for an app that lets me edit ID3 data for songs in my iTunes catalog. Just as iTunes does. I assumed it would allow searching for songs with missing tags. It doesn’t. I assumed it would try to fill in missing data automatically if requested. With the exception of album covers, it doesn’t. It does nothing you can’t do better with iTunes. Show more
