Plays everything on my iPhone and lets my Apple Watch control volume and song skip. I customized EQ settings for two sets of Bluetooth speakers (large and small) and they sound so much better now. Best of all, it’s free. I’d pay a one time fee to buy this but every other app wants a monthly sub. even though it does nothing new every month. No Way. Just need to improve interface for the equalizer. Also need capabilities to be able to take input from other apps/players and use the Denon equalizer to enhance their quality. Performance - it's Denon. ne'f said! Show more

Unfortunately the app doesn’t find any of the songs that are stored locally on my iphone.

This isn’t just a graphic eq, it’s a pretty good player too! Much better than itunes, tho that’s not saying much. Demon is great because of that AND because it’s free! It lets you own your own music too (unlike iTunes). It lets you tune it to your liking without having to fiddle through substandard presets, and it works well with pc apps. The only thing that needs improvement is once in a while the app cuts off the song you’re listening to right in the middle and goes to the next one. They could also work on song fading; out at the end of the current one and into the beginning of the next one with a slight overlap, the way MediaMonkey does. Otherwise, great app! Thanks! Show more

Best app for music, brings your music to live with great quality and fidelity. Highly recommend

I use this to access a bunch of my favorite electronic music radio stations with out having to open a web browser and then another app to play their streams. In just one small 13 MB app I can just search and play a variety of genres (not just electronic stuff either). Plus it doesn't stop playing when I start using another app. If u give it a shot you will NOT be disappointed!! Show more

You got a problem chief. I've been using several years. Not without issues , try deleting and install once more, and maybe several times. Try at different times of day using different connections. Use WiFi to download or cell. It does work Show more

I can’t get it to forward through a podcast. Just goes back to the beginning.

The song listings overlap in both landscape and portrait, making then illegible, running iOS 12. I can’t find any presets. You can’t send an email to support unless you have the Mail app, and the Denon website does not list this app. The EQ app purchased is very difficult to adjust.The app has not been updated for a year, so I very much doubt that the promised iTunes Match update will ever happen, and that was the reason I bought the app. Wish I looked more carefully at the last update and the review dates. Won’t make that mistake again. Might try to get my money back, although the sound is good. Show more

This is my go to Music player. I have access to my iTunes library and radio stations. I can tweak this to my heart’s content. My hifi buddies have been using this and recommend it to me. I’m glad I listen. Pun intended. Show more

Great app!!!

I have had found this player to be excellent. You can add new songs, albums, and/or playlists to the end of the queue or replace the entire cue, whatever you wish. Most important to me, because I am hard of hearing, the excellent equalizer allows me to understand audiobooks. I highly recommend this audio player. Show more

Great app! Don’t know why it is getting poor reviews, far superior to the Apple app. Use it every day, and love it. Just takes a bit of learning the app, but works for what I want. A little cheesy to need to by the EQ app to go with it, but quality development costs, so what’s a couple bucks! Great job Denon! Show more

Why don’t you add a disclaimer letting those of us who use Apple’s music app that your app won’t play any of their music downloaded or otherwise, so your not ripping us off for 2 bucks you pricks. Show more
