I don't know if this app does what it claims to, because the background "music," which sound like random tuning forks, is so dissonant as to make it impossible to listen to the chakra tones. Until and unless they update this app with the option to turn off the hideous racket in the background, I would advise against anyone buying this. The app may work, but i honestly dont like the sounds at all, it starts with a soft nice note and then its really loud and annoying for me, like shhhhhhSHHHHHHHHHshhhhhh.... shhhhhSHHHHHHshhhhhh... most people like it, but for me its noise, i tried getting used to it, but it really stresses me out, so using it beats the whole porpuse of the app in my case Show more

This app is amazing. I love Jonathan Goldman. He is a master in the world of sound therapy and this app is both beautiful visually and the recordings are top notch. You only need to try this once to see what you have been missing. I use it daily and I can feel the difference after each session. Show more

This app is just what I need to help me remember to keep my chakras align and in balance by using my voice. The sound quality is excellent and effective. I noticed a "shift" just upon listening to it for the first time. I was impressed. I no longer have time to do a full chakra toning meditation, so this 7 minute exercise is perfect. I like the app for chakra meditation but a great improvement would be to have the patterns actually cycle through their individual colors and shapes. Movement that draws the eye toward the center of the chakra rather than looking at the static "picture". Show more
