the app doesn't connect to my headphone anymore after the update... I'm using zik 1.0... It always ask to update my firmware to 1.10 later, but every time I click to update, an error appears "update failed".....!!!! Show more

the first generation Zik headphones. There is a separate app that Parrot makes for the Zik 2.0 and 3.0. I give it five stars because it does what it says and I’ve used it with the first generation Ziks since they first came out. Show more

I'm a new Zik 2.0 owner, and this app does not work for me either. The app simply won't detect my headphones. It pairs to the Bluetooth as intended, but not with this essential app. Please fix this Show more

These headphones are great. It is obvious that there is something wrong with the app. Since the app was a selling point for my purchase, please let me know if you intend to fix or not so I could return them and get something else. Show more

Tried to get the update and it say url is not supported. This is terrible please fix!!!

This app no longer works on my iPad mini with IOS 9.1 and the Parrot update of October 23. I have sent two emails to Parrot without a response.

The October 23 update doesn’t work on the iPad 2 air. Can you rollback to the previous version or fix it?

I have had my app for a gen 3 iPad for maybe 6 months or so, and it works just fine. Now I'm getting a iPhone 6s Plus, so I will the app for that too. Hopefully it will work as well. If app had not have worked I would have wanted to return the headphones, as the app has a whole lot to do with your headphones such as batt. Life etc. Bye. Show more

The update broke this app completely for Th iPad. I can't believe that it passed QC.

After a new update on 10/23/15, can not access and adjust features. The menu is mess up and compressed into a single icon on the upper left of the app. This only happen to ipad Please fix it Show more

App doesn't work for the iPad Air2, but works on my iPhone 6 Plus.

The app doesn't work at all on the iPad Air 2 with the most current update.

Think I do you don't actually actively needed to use the headphones. Almost every time I initially tried to turn on or turn off the setting it crashed. The second time around it seem to work. I still can't get it to update. Every time I click update from the app.. It crashes. I like what you could do with the app... It would get 4 or 5 stars if you could just make it stable. Show more

It's not supporting iOS 9 with some functions, please fix

Can't stop the app from crashing. Which means I can't update the firmware on the headset. In theory, if it worked, it would be 5 stars

Worked well. Well for week. Then the app says my zik isn't connected even know it is.

This app has always worked well for me, it does what it's supposed to. The only issue is the current version crashes when I try to get the latest update for the headphones. It's worked previously. There's a workaround, so it's no biggie, just annoying. Show more

My record is 30 seconds without it crashing and resetting all of my settings.

Crashes every time I try to do anything. It seems the developer has abandoned it.

This app is absolutely terrible. It won't allow me to adjust any settings. For instance: every time I try to turn "Auto Pause" off, the app crashes. When I reopen it, "Auto Pause" is turned back on. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and am still experiencing the same issue. The headphones are fantastic, but it is beyond frustrating when they pause the song every five seconds. PLEASE fix this app so I can apply the appropriate settings and fully enjoy my headphones. Show more
