How do I set permissions for stage performers to mix their individual monitors without giving them full access to the entire mixer e.g. Mains

Huge disappointment from Soundcraft. No mute group access, no cue list, very limiting, no offline mode(Demo Mode). Need this functionality to be considered professional app instead of me running back to the console to make scene changes or mute groups. Huge space for promoting Soundcraft By Harman instead of using this space for functionality (Cues, mutes, FX access, etc) We're already using the console, we know who you are. Behringer, Mackie, Allen Heath, Yamaha, Roland apps are all superior to Soundcraft apps. Was looking at Soundcraft console family but with an app like this I won't be buying one anytime soon. A customizable page with hand picked channels would make active mixing 100% faster. And multi action hot buttons/ faders would be awesome.

So I've got an expression & a Vi1. This app is excellent for the expression but is mediocre at best for the Vi series. Why does my $2000 board receive better remote support than my $15,000 board? The same options should be available on both but if only one surely on the Vi series! There was armored update for Feb. 2016 but it never hap. Get it together for your pro users Soundcraft, iPad control parametric EQs is needed in pro environments. Show more

The app force closes literally 100% time! It really needs an update so it can work. I was really looking forward to controlling my SE Expresión 3 with this app, but aperantly, it'll never happen. Show more

It's about time for an update soundcraft!! I'm tired of my app freezing and having to re download it. Also please add mute groups

I agree the solos and mute groups need to be added. Hey they are available on the UI version. Also what is going on with the FX master's - where are they? When I go the FX sends the masters show up as stereo (purple) and go from 3 to 6 on the numbering. Hope it gets fixed soon is hard to use and follow what is really going on. Show more

There are numerous problems I want to see improved on this app. The main problem is the freezing. When I'm mixing FOH and monitors the app often freezes for several seconds or has a delayed response. Sometimes the app will not unfreeze and I'll have restart the app. The app does not have mute groups like on the board. I work around it by using the VCA's to mute groups and as a bus. I wish I could use cues from the app. I suggested the Performer 3 for my church because of the iPad app control and because Souncraft is a reliable product but my bad experience with the app and board has changed my opinion of the company and products. I have the latest update and a new iPad Air2. I don't run any other apps on the iPad when mixing and I use a Apple Airport Express router only dedicated for the one iPad Air2. Please fix the App!!! Hey, I'm admittedly new to the digital audio realm. I've been mixing old school for years, and we just upgraded to the Si Performer 3. Cool board! Can you please update the app to allow us to save profiles and shows? Other apps for digital boards allow you to save a show....so all of your settings are already set. Log in, load your show, ready to go. Save your eq, gain, etc. labels, routing, monitor mix, house mix, etc. This would be hugely helpful, and seems to me like an obvious next step. Other major brands are already offering these options. It's a nice start, but we need more functionality for this to be really useful. Thanks!
